Benches, Exposers, Information Board, Bicycle Stands),- Existing Demolition),- Existing Demolition) Sheds,- Greenery Development: New Plantings And Hardening Of The Area In Specific Places. Cctv, Access Control, Intercom, Coincidence),- Installation Of Internal Lighting With The Control System (Sensors, Buttons),- Temperature And Humidity Registration System- Wired Or Wireless,- Installation Of Monitoring And Access Control Covering The Building And Its Surroundings) In The Scope Of Water And Sewage Installation, Heating, Mechanical Ventilation And Air-Conditioning Water And Sewage Water Supply And Rainwater Installation,- Connecting The Heat Source To The Heating Network (Geothermal Network) With A Heating Node With A Power Appropriate To The Needs Of The Object (With A Total Power Of 148 Kw),- Installation Of Heating And Cooling Elements (Radiators, Climate-Uptakes),- Installation Of Mechanical Ventilation Air Humidity Control Devices (Dehumidifiers, Humidifiers),- Precise Air Conditioning Installation In Selected Rooms (E.G. Offices, Server Room),- Smoke Exhaust Devices And Supply Fans In Basement Rooms Intended For Evacuation. The Demolition And Performance Of A New Foundation,- Ground Floor: Reconstruction Of The Western Part (Including The Hall, Coffers Zone, Elevator Glass), Making New Structural Elements (Ceilings, Poles, Lintels),- 1St Floor: Change Of Functional System, Adaptation Of The Toilet To The Needs Of People With Special Needs, Elevator Shaft And Construction Strengthening,- Roof: Roof Strengthening, Roofing, Design Internal Renovation Works Of The Building, Among Others:- Strengthening The Ceilings With The Historical Character Where Possible And Required,- Making New Plasters, Renovation Of The Attic And Staircase,- Renovation Of Window Joinery While Maintaining Original Elements Where Possible,- Replacement Of Windows In The Basement And Installation Of Windows With Increased Resistance To Burglary On The Ground Floor. Rewalorization Of The Facade And Architectural Details, Restoring Historical Colors,- Repair And Painting Of The Facade Using Technologies And Materials Approved For Historic Buildings,- Making A New Roofing From Durable And Resistant To Weather Conditions,- Renovation Of Balconies And Balustrades.
