The Work Includes Following Works:- 2 Sorting, Counting, Shifting Of 02 No Abl Structure On Vehicle At Efu Naini Prayagraj. ( Man Power And Vehicle Arranged By Contractor At His Own Cost ) . 3 Safe Carriage Of Above 0.7 Mt Structure From Efu Naini To 132 Kv Naini Complex Prayagraj. ( Distance Approx. 2 Km ) . 4 Unloading And Sorting Of Members Of Each Structure With Proper Stacking At The Open Store Or Place Instructed By Supervisory Engineer At 132 Kv Naini Complex. 5 Erection Of Abl Structure In The Switchyard At 132 Kv Naini Complex. The Job Include Shifting Of Materials / Nut Bolt / Washers Etc From Store Room To The Site Of Erection, Erection Of Structure As Per Relevant Drawing And Practices Using Flat And Spring Washers With Each Bolt Matching Of Holes, Cutting, Notching Of Members Etc. 6 Erection Of Following Equipments As Per Instruction Manual Of Various Equipments Including Its Shifting From Store To Site Also Including All Associated Work To Complete The Job Satisfactorily. 7 36 Kv Bi ( For Interconnection Oftransfer Bus ) . 8 Jumpering Of Equipments By Acsr Panther Conductor Including Shifting Of Conductor, Fittigs, Insulators From Store To Site. Its Straightening, Measuring, Cutting, Bending Of Conductors For Making Jumpers And Shifting Of Removed Conductor / Material From Site To The Store. 9 Shifting Of 3 Core, 300 Mm Sq. 33 Kv Power Cable From Switchyard To Work Place, Laying Of Above Cable Intrench From Transfer Bus No -1 To Transfer Bus No -2 In Two Length Of Approx. 30 M Each. ( One Length Will Remain As Spare In Trench ) . 10 Installation Of 33 Kv Cable Box / Cable Termination For 33 Kv 3-Core 300 Sqmm Xlpe Power Cable. Work Includes Stretching The Cable Loop From Trench, Peeling / Removing The Insulation Of 3 Cores Of Cable On Both Side Of Cables In Length Suitable For Proper Installation Of Cable Box And After Providing Proper Insulation Placing The Same In The Trench. All Man, Material, T&P Shall Be Provided By Contractor At His Own Cost. ( 01 Job Includes All 3 Phase Of Cables At One End ) . 11 Providingand Fixing Of 04 No. 6 Dia Steel Pipe Each Of 02 Meter Length On Supprorting Structure Of Cable At Both Ends And Passing The Given Cable Through Steel Pipe For Safety And Support. All Material, Men, T&P Provided By Contractor At His Own Cost. 12 Cutting And Fabricationof Inverted U Type Supporting Structure By Use Of 04 No. Rail Poles Of 3 Meter Length And 02 No. Ms Angle Of 1.5 Meter Length For Fixing Of 33 Kv Xlpe Cable. Work Includes Cutting Of Rails / Ms Angles In Required Length, Jointing / Fabrication For Construction Of Inverted U-Structures, Excation Of Foundation Pits 250 Mm Dia & 700 Mm Depth And Grouting Them With 1:2:4 Conrete. Man, T&P Provided By Contractor At His Own Cost. ( Rail Pole, Angles Provided By Department Free Of Cost ) .. 13 Earthing Ofsupport / Auxiliary Structure, Steel Pipe And Equipments By 50X6 Mm Size Ms Flat ( To Be Provided By The Contractors At His Own Cost ) Including Cutting, Straightening, Bending, Its Welding With Main Earth-Mat, Including Painting Of Joints With Non-Corrosive Paint & Painting Of The Flats Above Ground Level With Good Quality Berger / Shalimar / Asian Make Bus Green Paints After Cleaning And Applying One Coat Red Oxide Primer On The Flats, Back Filling Of Excavated Earth, Its Leveling And Proper Ramming And All Associated Works Including The Cast Of Labour T&P Required To Complete The Job Satisfactory. 14 Painting Of 04 Nos. Rail Pole Structures And Channels Of 33 Kv Bus By Cleaning Using Sand Paper And Then Painting It With One Coat Of Red Oxide Primer And Two Coats Of Synthetic Aluminum Paints Of Standard Make. 15 Dismanting Of Existing Spare Double H Type Rail Pole Structure Situated In The 33 Kv Switchyard. Work Includes Shifting & Stacking Of All Dismantaled Material From Switchyard To Designated Place As Instructed By Supervising Engineer. 16 Dismantling And Re-Installation After Shifting Of H Pole Structre Of 33 Kv Arail Feeder Towards Boundary Side. Work Includes Dismantling & Safe Shifting Of H-Type Round Poles, Excavation Of Foundation Pits 250 Mm Dia & 700 Mm Depth And Grouting The Poles With 1:2:4 Concrete. Man, T&P Provided By Contractor At His Own Cost.
