Contract Award For Production, Delivery And Operation Of An Intelligent Measuring System (Smart Meter: Electricity Meter And Cold Water Meter) Delivery Of An Intelligent Metering System (Ims), Which Includes An Intelligent Meter (Img), Communication System And Meter Data Processing System (Head End System Hes And Meter Data Management System Mdm).
