Fabrication & erection of double Pole with fixing of necessary clamps & accessories (Top Channel, Dropper Angle etc.) as per required. All required materials such as Holding clamp/STP clamp, Nuts & Bolts off size etc will be provided by the contractor.Grouting of Pole in cc 1:4:8 (Cement, sand & 40 mm brick ballast), Grouting will be done in the block ofsize 450x450 mm x depth upto ground level and backfilling of pits with mud completely and leveling etc (Material provided by Contractor).Making plinth around Pole height 300 mm above ground level with top 100 mm is kept tapered so that No rainwater gets accumulated on the top. All work will be done as per RESPO Norms & relevent IS Specification. 38 The excavation of foundation pit of size 750mmX450mm and having depth of 1/6th of the full length of the pole. Fabrication & erection of ST Pole with fixing of necessary clamps & accessories as per required. All required materials such as Holding clamp/STP/LT clamp, F-Bracket, LT shacle insulator, Nuts & Bolts off size etc will be provided by the contractor.Grouting of Pole in cc 1:4:8 (Cement, sand & 40 mm brick ballast), Grouting will be done in the block ofsize 450x450 mm x depth upto ground level and backfilling of pits with mud completely and leveling etc (Material provided by Contractor).In case of ST Pole making Plinth around Pole height 300 mm above ground level with top 100 mm is kept tapered so that No rainwater gets accumulated on the top. All work will be done as per RESPO Norms & relevent IS Specification. 39 Digging out old 33 KV cable in switchyard and again Re-laying of 33 KV XLPE Cable as per RESPO Norms. 40 Laying, stringing, sagging, binding and jumpering of ACSR Dog conductor for HT Line with fixing of clamps and nuts&bolts off size as per required. 41 Installation, commissioning & Testing of 33 KV VCB with single T/F control panel and CT 200/100/1A with structure including making plinth and foundation of VCB. Complete all connection in all respect. 42 Installation, commissioning & Testing of 33 KV Bus isolator (400 Amp) along with its structure including making plinth and foundation of Bus isolator structure. Complete all connection in all respect. 43 Installation, commissioning & Testing of 33 KV Line isolator along with its structure including making plinth and foundation of Line isolator structure. Complete all connection in all respect. 44 Installation, commissioning & Testing of 33 KV Post isolator along with its structure including making plinth and foundation of Post isolator structure. Complete all connection in all respect. 45 Painting of Pole by double coating Aluminum & Red oxide paint. Paint will beprovided by contractor 46 Earthing of ST Pole by MS earthing Rod & 6 SWG earthing Wire as per RESPO Norms. 47 Painting of Substation Structure & equipment 48 Errection of 33 KV Lightening Arrestor alongwith structure 49 Installation of 33 KV Fuse set along with structure 50 Fixing of control cable 4X2.5 sq.mm. (Armoured) for suitable to VCB with complete connection in all respect 51 Fixing of control cable 2X2.5 sq.mm. (Armoured) for suitable to VCB with complete connection in all respect 52 Erection and grouting of stay in CC ratio 1:4:8 of Cement, Sand and Stone Ballast including cost of grouting material with Nozelling and binding of stay wire (Complete work) 53 Construction of T/F plinth of size 2x2x1.2 M with the help of first class brick & 9 masonary in the ratio 1:4 cement & sand coarse. Filling the structure completely andplastering outer surface as per RESPO Norms. Top of the plinth covered with 4 RCC Slab of ratio 1:1.5:3 (Cement, sand & concrete) grouting with 2 No ISMC size 125X65X6 MM (confirming to IS 808:1989) of 2000 mm long for resting. All required materials will be provided by the contractor. 54 Fabrication, errection, commissioning & Testing of existing T/F on Plinth with all accessories including make its LT and HT connection. All neessary materials will be supplied by the Contractor. 55 Chemical earthing of Transformer (Body+Neutral) as per IS Code 3043 - 1987 specification (Materials will be provided by contractor) 56 Earthing of Switchyard (Outdoor) equipments as per IS Code 3043 - 1987 specification 57 Laying, stringing, sagging, binding and jumpering of LT ABC (3x120+1x95+1x16) Sq.mm. Cable of LT Line with fixing of Distribution Box with Clamp, Insulated Dead end clamp with I hook, Suspension clamp with I hook(Insulated), LT insulated Piercing connector, XLPE 1X35 Sq.mm. Al. cable for enerzing DB, etc. 58 Renovation (Repairing/Plastering/Painting of damaged wall) of an existing old meter room and making way facing towards the main road in the room for the installation of entry gate which should be made up of an iron sheet size (3.5X6) ft. 59 Fencing of Switchyard (Construction of foundation i.e fencing base boundary wall of size (42X25X2) ft with the help of first class brick & 9 masonry in the ratio 1:4 cement & sand coarse. After that Grill fencing of Switchyard shall be made of (42X25) ft of size & height approx 4 ft as per site requirement with fabrication 50X50X5 mm angel the frame is also have 1 No Horizontal runner of MS flat 40x5 welded in middle to support of grill, having a gate on road side must have provision of locking arrangement. The work is including painting of fencing as per norms. Work will be done as per RESSPO specification. 60 Construction of Fire protection wall/Partition between Transformers of size (2.5X4.5) mtr with the help of first class brick & 9 masonry in the ratio 1:4 cement & sand coarse. 61 Cemented Flooring of Switchyard as per norms size (42X25) ft & (42X48) ft.
