Repairs To Electromechanical Equipments Installed At Lis Manda -1. - Repairs to 10cusec discharge, H.C Pump unit no. 01 installed at LIS Manda-I.The job involves removing the pump top cover , extraction of pump shaft assembly & shifting of the pump shaft assembly by manual / mechanical means to workshop. Complete dismantling of the pump assembly.Fabrication of the shaft as per the size of the damaged shaft. Providing / fitting of two nos. bushes and two no bearings as per sample . Repair to bearing brackets as per requirement of pump. Fabrication of glands as per sample. Assembling of the pump parts. Carriage / transportation of the pump assembly back from workshop to the site of installation at LIS. Fitment of pump along with replacement of old damaged studs, gaskets, alignment setting at its position, p/f of gland packing, greasing work etc. Aligning & coupling the pump & motor. Complete testing & commissioning of the pumping unit on full load. Job includes cost of all material, transportation charges, head load and labour charges for skilled/semiskilled labour, hire charges for tools & tackles. Complete Job 2 Repair to 125 HP three phase motor of pumping unit no 03 at LIS Manda-I .The job involves decoupling the motor from the HC pump and unfastening the foundation nuts and bolts by using suitable tools and tackles and labour. Dismantling of end covers, Extraction of rotor from motor. Extraction of damaged winding from the stator. Cleaning of stator with compressed air and requisite chemical cleanser/CCL4. Providing and fitting of new good quality winding wire of gauge and size (as per old sample) in the stator together with replacement of damaged /worn out wedges/strips and p/f of f-class insulation, Application of superior quality varnish (Red Becktol etc.) by spray impregnation process and drying the stator winding with hot air circulation process and thereafter checking the IR value. Re-assembling the motor after greasing. Installation / leveling of the motor over the base frame by providing / fitting of nut bolts, washers etc., making of electrical connections, replacing worn out nuts, bolts for the electrical connection. Alignment & coupling with pump. Complete testing & commissioning of the pumping unit. Job includes cost of all material, transportation charges, head load and labour charges for skilled / semi skilled labour, hire charges for tools & tackles at the LIS. Complete Jobn 3 Repairs to 125 HP oil immersed Starter installed at LIS Manda-1. The job involves disconnecting the starter and then shifting the starter to the workshop through mechanical transport . The job involves complete replacement of worn out G.M Nuts and washers, bakelite strips, fingers, contacts moving and fixed as per sample. Replacement of tripping coil of required capacity, complete kit. Complete drainage of T.oil, Providing/Filling of fresh T.oil (12 Ltrs.).. Replacement of worn-out thimbles of cables etc. Shifting the starter to the LIS .Connecting power supply and testing at load. Complete Job includes cost of material, tools and tackles, labour charges transportation charges at site of LIS, Complete Job 4 Repair of foot valve assembly of pumping unit no.3 installed at LIS Manda-1. The job involves disconnecting / dismantling of the foot valve assembly from the suction pipe by deploying manual labour and allied tools & tackles. Shifting / transporting to the workshop. Cleaning by washing with water to make the foot valves completely silt free. After drying them completely, carrying out necessary repair works on the valve surfaces and flanged joints by welding using good quality electrodes. Dismantling of damaged / worn-out foot valve mechanism with flap & rings etc. Complete repair to the damaged flap seat, flaps and hinges etc. Carrying out repairs to flap seats etc. Providing / fitting of new leather washer cut as per size of the flap plate. Reassembling the foot valve and transporting back to the installation site at LIS. Fitting the valves to the respective suction lines with replacement of damaged rubber gaskets of flanged joints and worn-out nuts, bolts etc. Complete job including cost of material, labour charges, transportation charges and hire charges for tools & tackles. Complete Job
