M-61(02) Highway Guard Rail System (Crash Barrier) Highway Guard Rail System (Crash Barrier) , Single Sided Single “W” Metal Beam Crash Barrier Comprising Of Cold Formed W Profiled Section Having Thickness Of 3 Mm (Uncoated Thickness) With Frame Width Of 311Mm, Depth 83Mm And Length 4318Mm (Made Of Isi Marked Hr Coil Conforming To Is 5986/2011), To Be Fixed On Cold Formed Channel Section Post Of Size 150X75x5mm (Made From Isi Marked Hr Coils Confirming To Is 5986/2011) Spaced 2 Meter Centre To Centre Of The Post Which Will Be Of Total Height Of 1.8 Meter With Its Height Of 1.1 Meter Below Ground Level And 0.7 Meter Above Ground Level. Metal Beam Rail To Be Fixed On The Vertical Post With Spacer Channel Of Cold Formed Channel Section Of Size 150X75x5mm And 330Mm Long (Made From Isi Marked Hr Coil Conforming To Is 5986/2011). All The Above Components Shall Conform To Clause 810 Of Mort&H Specification Including All Fittings Required For Erection On Road Side. W-Beams, Posts, Spacers Shall Be Hot Dip Galvanized With Zinc Coating Of 550Gm/Sqm. All Bolts, Nuts And Washers Shall Be Hot Dip Galvanized To Is: 1367 Pt-Xiii/1983 (Reaffirmed 2011) For Bolts And Is 14394/1996 (Reaffirmed 2011) For Nuts”. |
