In Case The Rates Quoted Are Less Than The Prevailing Applicable Stuatory/ Mandatory Rates Of Minimum Wages , Contributions For Epf , Esic & Bonus , The Bid Will Be Treated As Non-Bonafide/Invalid , Shall Be Disqualified And Such Bids Will Not Be Considered For Acceptance . In Such Case , The Lowest Bidder Shall Be Determined From Amongst The Valid/Bonafide Bids Only ( B ) The Contractor Shall Make Payments To Their Staff/ Employees Deployed On The Outsorcing Servies By Cheque Or Through Neft Or Any Other Accepted Digital Mode In Their Bank Account . No Payments Will Be Made , Unless Proof Of Payment Of Wages Through Bank Account Is Submitted By The Contractor ( C ) Unit Rate Shall Be Deemed To Be Inclussive Of Applicable Taxes/Cess Etc Prevailing As On The Bid Submission End Date . Unit Rate Shall Also Be Deemed To Include Cost/Expanse For Providing Protecting Cloths , Working Tools , Conveyance , Dresses And Insurance Protection Against Health Hazard Of Operator Deployed On Work . ( D ) Contractor Shall Arrange At His Own Cost To Maintain Log Book , Pol Consumption Register , Attendance Register , Wages Register , Breakdown Register Etc As Per Instructions Of Engineer -In- Charge . ( E ) Operation Of Dg Sets/Chs/Installations By Skilled Tradesmen/Operator Of Relevant Trade . Periodical Check Of Electric Equipments/Plants As Per Manufacturer''s Instructions , Periodical Maintenance Check Of All The Connected Ht/Lt Panels , Fire Fighting Equipments Etc Shall Be Carried Out By Operator And Will Be Intimated To Engineer-In-Charge .
