Tender For Civil Works For Laying Of Cables -Structural Steel Preparation Of All Necessary Fabrication Drawings Including Bill Of Materials, Supply Of Steel Consisting Of Plates, Rolled Steel Joists, Channels, Angles, Chequered Plates In Columns, Rafters, Joists, Trusses, Gratings Of Approved Design, Swing Platforms Of Approved Design, Tubes Etc And Also Rectangular/Square Hollow Steel Sections, Insert Plates In Rcc/Brickwork, Anchor Bolts For Steel Structure, Sleeve Pipes, Anchor Nuts, Washers Etc, Conforming To Is:2062/Other Relevant/Applicable Codes. The Job Includes Straightening Of Raw Steel If Required, Fabrication Of Steel Structures As Per Drawings/Pattern (Including Preparation Of Supplementary Sketches And Detailed Bill Of Materials) Supply Of Bolts, Nuts, Washers, Shims, Packs, Putty. Gas, Welding Electrodes And All Other Consumables, As Required, Cleaning And Preparation Of All Steel Surfaces To Swedish Standard Sa 2-1/2 With Copper Slag Blasting. The Primer Paint Shall Be One Coat Of 65 Micron Inorganic Zinc Silicate Followed By One Coat Of 100 Micron Hb Mio Followed By Two Coats Of Acrylic Polyurethane Each Of 40 Microns. Finishing Coat Shall Be Applied One Before Erection And One Coat After Erection. Total Thickness Of Paint Shall Be Minimum 245 Microns Dft. The Scope Includes Loading, Transportation,Unloading And Delivery At Erection Site Of All Fabricated Structures, Erection, Alignment And Welding Of All Structures True To Line, Level, Plumb And Dimension, Including Rectification If Any, Splicing, Site Assembly All As Per Technical Specifications And Drawings, Touch Up Painting, Including Supply Of Paint, Where Paint Is Damaged, Erection Of 300 Mm Width Gi Cable Tray As Per Approved Drawing. Scope Includes Dismantling Of Old Cable Trays And Shifting Of Same As Per Instruction Of Site In Charge, Providing And Laying Plain Cement Concrete Of Following Grade With 20Mm And Down Size Graded Aggregates For Bed Block For Brick Walls, Etc.
