For Completion Of The Job. Job To Be Completed In All Respect As Per Standard Specification And Direction Of Eic. Radiography Shall Be 10%. The Scope Includes: Handling, Hauling/Loading, Transportation To Work Site, Unloading And Stringing. Cutting, Bevelling, Grinding, Preparation(Including Any Additional Cutting, Bevelling, Grinding Required For Perfect Fit Up, Between The Edges Of The Pipes, Bends Etc), Aligning, Fit-Up, Welding Of Pipes As Per Approved Technical Specifications / Procedures Of This Tender. Root Run Shall Be With E-6010 Electrode And Intermediate And Finished Welding Shall Be With E-6013 Electrodes Of Esab Or Approved Equivalent. The Job Also Includes Fabrication Of Any Bends, Tees Eccentric Or Concentric Reducers Other Than The Ones Supplied Under Relevant Item In The Scope Of The Contractor And Supply And Fixing Of Ss Spiral Wound Gasket, Studs And Nuts As Per Piping Material Specification For Flanged Joints.. Job To Be Completed In All Respect As Per Direction Of Eic. .Execution Of The Job Shall Be As Per Latest Codal Provisions, Attached Technical Specifications And As Directed By Eic.For Under Ground Pipeline Laying: The Scope Includes As Above, The Items Like Excavation, Backfilling, Wrap Coating Etc Shall Be Paid Under Relevant Item Etc.
