Investigation, Diagnosis And Solution Of Incidents In The Functioning Of A Separate System Scheme In Remote Mode:- Consideration Of The Incident Of The Authorized Representative Of The Customer In A Form That Allows To Obtain A Complete Idea Of The Essence Of The Actions And Their Results; - Consultations Of The System Administrator On Incidental Actions.4.
