Contract Award For Services For Examination Of The State Of Occupational Health And Safety In The Industrial Production Of The State-Owned Enterprise Polygraphic Combine Of Ukraine For The Manufacture Of Securities Regarding Compliance With The Requirements Of The Legislation On Occupational Health And Safety During The Performance Of High-Risk Works: Adjustment, Repair, Maintenance (Clause 11 Of Group A Of Appendix 2 To The Order) Of Technological Vehicles (Paragraph 6 Of Group B To The Order), Namely Electronic Loaders. Services For Examination Of The State Of Labor Protection And Safety Of Industrial Production Of The State The Printing Plant Of Ukraine For The Manufacture Of Securities Regarding Compliance With The Requirements Of The Legislation On Labor Protection And Industrial Safety During The Performance Of High-Risk Works: Adjustment, Repair, Maintenance (Item 11 Of Group A Of Appendix 2 To The Procedure) Of Technological Vehicles (Item 6 Of Group B To The Order), Namely Electronic Loaders. This Procurement Is Carried Out As An Exception On The Basis Of Clause 16 Of Part 5 Of Article 3 Of The Law Of Ukraine On Public Purchases. The Corresponding Procurement Is Not Included In The Annual Plan In Accordance With Part 3 Of Article 4 Of The Law Of Ukraine On Public Procurement (Hereinafter Referred To As The Law), Namely: The Annual Plan Does Not Include Procurement For The Implementation Of Which This Law Does Not Apply In The Cases Specified In Parts 5 And 6 Of Article 3 Of This Law. Since For The Publication Of Such A Procurement, The Algorithm Of The Work Of The Esz Does Not Provide For The Publication Of Information Without The Creation Of An Annual Procurement Plan, Which Does Not Comply With Part 3 Of Article 4 Of The Law Of Ukraine On Public Procurement, The Customer Created An Identifier Of The Annual Plan For The Possibility Of Publishing Information (Reporting) In Accordance With The Economic Code Of Ukraine And The Specified Identifier (Number) Is Not An Annual Procurement Plan Within The Meaning Of The Law Of Ukraine On Public Purchases. Quality Characteristics Of Services: Quality Must Meet The Requirements For This Type Of Service, In Accordance With Regulatory Documents, Standards And Current Legislation Of Ukraine.
