Contract Award For Services For The Declaration Of Goods Moving Across The Customs Border Of Ukraine Through The Channels Of The Dhl Express Network Services For The Declaration Of Goods Moving Through The Customs Border Of Ukraine Through The Channels Of The Dhl Express Network This Procurement Is Carried Out As An Exception On The Basis Of Clause 16 Of Part 5 Of Article 3 Of The Law Of Ukraine On Public Procurement . The Corresponding Procurement Is Not Included In The Annual Plan In Accordance With Part 3 Of Article 4 Of The Law Of Ukraine On Public Procurement (Hereinafter Referred To As The Law), Namely: The Annual Plan Does Not Include Procurement For The Implementation Of Which This Law Does Not Apply In The Cases Specified In Parts 5 And 6 Of Article 3 Of This Law. Since For The Publication Of Such A Procurement, The Algorithm Of The Work Of The Esz Does Not Provide For The Publication Of Information Without The Creation Of An Annual Procurement Plan, Which Does Not Comply With Part 3 Of Article 4 Of The Law Of Ukraine On Public Procurement, The Customer Created An Identifier Of The Annual Plan For The Possibility Of Publishing Information (Reporting) In Accordance With The Economic Code Of Ukraine And The Specified Identifier (Number) Is Not An Annual Procurement Plan Within The Meaning Of The Law Of Ukraine On Public Procurement»Classification According To Dk 021:2015: 66133000-1 - Customs Clearance And Customs Clearance Services
