Contract Award For Services For The Replacement Of Laser Diodes In The Stor Ii/ Dual 10160 T/Inch System, Laser 32/32 This Procurement Is Carried Out As An Exception Based On Clause 16 Of Part 5 Of Article 3 Of The Law Of Ukraine On Public Procurement. The Corresponding Procurement Is Not Included In The Annual Plan In Accordance With Part 3 Of Article 4 Of The Law Of Ukraine On Public Procurement (Hereinafter Referred To As The Law), Namely: The Annual Plan Does Not Include Procurement For The Implementation Of Which This Law Does Not Apply In The Cases Specified In Parts 5 And 6 Of Article 3 Of This Law. Since For The Publication Of Such A Procurement, The Algorithm Of The Work Of The Esz Does Not Provide For The Publication Of Information Without The Creation Of An Annual Procurement Plan, Which Does Not Comply With Part 3 Of Article 4 Of The Law Of Ukraine On Public Procurement, The Customer Created An Identifier Of The Annual Plan For The Possibility Of Publishing Information (Reporting) In Accordance With The Economic Code Of Ukraine And The Specified Identifier (Number) Is Not An Annual Procurement Plan Within The Meaning Of The Law Of Ukraine On Public ProcurementServices For The Replacement Of Laser Diodes In The System Stor Ii/ Dual 10160 T/Inch, Laser 32/32 This Procurement Is Carried Out As An Exception Based On Clause 16 Of Part 5 Of Article 3 Of The Law Of Ukraine On Public Procurement.
