Contract Award For Framework Agreement - Shell Garments Fmv Has Had The Assignment To Procure A New Framework Agreement Regarding Shell Garments To Swaf. This Framwork Agreement Was Procured Through Negotiated Procedure With Prior Publication Of A Contract Notice (Swe. Förhandlat Förfarande Med Föregående Annonsering) According To The Swedish Act (2011:1029) On Public Procurement In The Fields Of Defence And Security, “Lufs” (Swe. Lag [2011:1029] Om Upphandling På Försvars- Och Säkerhetsområdet). The Negotiated Procedure With Prior Publication Of Contract Notice According To Lufs Consists Of The Following Stages: Stage 1 – Is A Pre-Qualification Process Where Candidates Request To Participate In The Procurement Based On The Requirements In The Invitation To Tenderer In Order To Qualify For Stage 2. All Candidates Who Fulfil The Qualification Criteria Will Be Invited To The Next Stage. Stage 2 – Is The Tender Process, Where The Qualified Candidates May Submit A Tender Based On The Requirements Specified In The Contract Documents Distributed To Those Who Have Qualified In Stage 1. The Framework Agreement Time Is A Three (3) Year Commitment With Extension Options Of Two (2) + Two (2) Years. Maximum Time Of The Framework Agreement Is Seven (7) Years Including Extension Options.
