Contract Award For Flat Roof Renovation Gerenmatte 1 The Municipality Of Arlesheim (Around 9,400 Residents) Operates Several School Properties. At The Gerenmatte 1 Site, The Roof Repeatedly Shows Defects (Water Ingress). The Flat Roof Consists Of Several Separate Areas That Need To Be Renovated: Main Roof, 2Nd Floor Terrace And 3Rd Floor Terrace. In Addition To Rebuilding The Flat Roof Structure, The Existing Elements Down To The Concrete Ceiling (Bituminous Vapor Barrier, Thermal Insulation, Roof Covering, Rubber Scrap Mat, Greenery, Partial Areas With Cement Panels And Sheet Metal Cladding) Must Be Dismantled And Disposed Of Properly. The Skylights Must Be Checked For Leaks And Safety. |
