Contract Award For Maillarde 6 - Toitures LAM In Order To Welcome A New Tenant In A Large Industrial Hall, The ECPF Has Decided To Renovate The Roof Of The LAM Building, Located On The La Maillarde Site In Romont. This Operation Consists Of Repairing The Waterproofing Of The Surface Of The Main Roof As Well As The Pit To The Northwest, The Superstructure In The Center And The Extension To The Southeast. The Layers Of Materials Present On The Various Supports Will Be Completely Removed. Some Of The Roofs Are Bare And Others Are Ballasted. The Complex Will Then Be Reconstituted With The Installation Of Insulation With A Very Efficient Coefficient. A New Two-Layer Bituminous Type Waterproofing Will Be Applied. The Wearing Layer Will Be Reconstituted According To The Same Principle As What Is Dismantled, Namely Bare Roofs Will Remain Bare And Gravel Roofs Will Remain Gravel. |
