Contract Award For Spare Part For The Machine For Pre-Personalization Of Cards Spare Part For The Machine For Pre-Personalization Of Cards The Quality Of The Goods Delivered Under This Contract Must Meet The Technical Standards Of The Manufacturer Of This Product. This Procurement Is Carried Out As An Exception Based On Clause 16, Part 5, Article 3 Of The Law Of Ukraine On Public Purchases. The Relevant Procurement Is Not Included In The Annual Plan In Accordance With Part 3 Of Article 4 Of The Law Of Ukraine On Public Procurement (Hereinafter - The Law), Namely: The Annual Plan Does Not Include Procurement For The Implementation Of Which This Law Does Not Apply In The Cases Specified In Parts 5 And 6 Of Article 3 Of This Law. Since For The Publication Of Such A Procurement, The Algorithm Of The Work Of The Esz Does Not Provide For The Publication Of Information Without The Creation Of An Annual Procurement Plan, Which Does Not Comply With Part 3 Of Article 4 Of The Law Of Ukraine On Public Procurement, The Customer Created An Identifier Of The Annual Plan For The Possibility Of Publishing Information (Reporting) In Accordance With The Economic Code Of Ukraine And The Specified Identifier (Number) Is Not An Annual Procurement Plan Within The Meaning Of The Law Of Ukraine On Public Procurement Classification According To Dk 021:2015: 42990000-2 - Miscellaneous Special Purpose Vehicles
