Contract Award For Gales Point Government Preschool Construction And Primary School Rehabilitation, Gales Point Village, Belize District, Belize, Lot 1 And Lot 2 The Contract Entails The Rehabilitation Of An Existing Primary School Building. Works Shall Include For The Upgrading Of Windows And Doors, Roof Rehabilitation Works, Ceiling Rehabilitation Works, Electrical Rehabilitation Works, And The Upgrading Of Wall And Floor Surface Finishes. For Lot 2: The Contract Proposes To Construct A New Preschool Building Measuring 50- 2 Long By 44-7 Wide Complete With An Open Classroom Area, Preschool Students Bathroom Facilities, Teachers Lavatory Facilities, Storage Space, Kitchenette, And An Access Ramp To Accommodate Users With Diverse Abilities. The Structure Will Also Be Equipped With A Verandah, Timber-Framed Roof System, Ceramic Non-Slip Tiled Reinforced Concrete Floor, Reinforced Masonry Block Walls, Galvanized Aluminium Louvered Windows, Security Grilles, And Timber Doors. Works Will Also Include For The Construction Of A Chain Link Perimeter Fence And For The Provision Of Site Drainage. Provisions For The Installation Of Electrical, Plumbing, Water Supply And Wastewater Systems, In Accordance With The Regulations Of The Respective Authorities, Will Be Included In The Contract
