The Client Uses A Planner Selection Process To Find A Suitable Architectural Office With Proven Expertise As Well As References With Similar Tasks For The Planning And Implementation Of The Project. The Number Of Students In Rickenbach Will Continue To Increase Over The Next Few Years. This Development Requires More Space. Despite Ongoing Maintenance And Structural Adjustments, The School Complex With The Old Building From 1916 And The New Building From 1954/1955 No Longer Meet Todays School-Specific Requirements. Fire Protection And Accessibility No Longer Meet Legal Requirements.
