Contract Award For Polycom Project Support: Building Works Manager And IT Systems Technician With Project Management Skills Polycoms Security Radio Network Allows The Authorities And Organizations Responsible For Rescue And Security In Switzerland (AOSS) To Communicate With Each Other In All Circumstances. A Collapse Of The Electricity Grid Or A Long-Term Regional Power Outage In Switzerland Would Result In A Special, Even Extraordinary, Situation That Would Mobilize All AOSS. The OFDF Currently Operates Around 350 Transmitter Or Network Element Locations Along Switzerlands National Border. The Locations Must Be Equipped So That Their Operation Can Continue Autonomously In The Event Of A Power Outage. With This Call For Tenders, The OFDF Is Looking For A Building Works Manager And An IT Specialist In ICT Systems Technology With Project Management Skills To Implement The Project.
