Contract Award For ZEMAS II: Replacement Of Time Management System And Introduction Of Expense Workflow The Focus Is On Standardizing The Time Management Systems Into A Solution That Supports The Following Business Cases: Time Recording, Performance Recording, Expense Workflow And Reporting. In Addition To The Desktop Application For Administrators And Super Users, Preferably As A Web Application, The Solution Must Also Be Usable On A Smartphone. Either A Mobile-Optimized Web App With Responsive Design Or A Native Smartphone App Is Available. This Is Intended To Enable And Promote Mobile Working. Another Central Aspect Is The Automation Of The Interfaces To The Surrounding Systems (Especially SAP HCM), So That A Media-Free Process Is Possible. The Procurement Also Includes Maintenance And Support Services For The Software And Hardware For Five Years (2025-2029).
