As part of the More Digital priority of the 2024 FMP Work Plan, Peru proposes to host, on the margins of the Senior Finance Officials’ Meeting (SFOM), an in-person workshop on sharing experiences and lessons learned in the Open Finance implementation process. The workshop will focus on the following areas: (1) regulatory aspects and implementation stages; (2) policy and operational considerations including application of the voluntary or mandatory model; (3) trust and security aspect; and (4) improvement proposals.
APEC economies, international organizations and other stakeholders will be invited as speakers and participants in the panel discussions and presentations during the workshop. Following the workshop, a short compendium of experiences and lessons learned, identified in this activity, as well as through the completion of a survey, will be prepared. |
