The Subject Of The Order Is The Non-Cash Delivery Of Liquid Fuels To Company Cars And Equipment Owned By The Ordering Party, Carried Out In The Form Of Refueling At At Least One Gas Station Indicated By The Contractor In The City Of Łódź, Located No Further Than 11 Km From The Ordering Partys Headquarters, Open 24 Hours A Day, And Delivery By Vehicles/Tankers (With A Flow Meter/Distributor) To The Ordering Partys Facilities In The Following Locations: Composting Department Ul. Sanitariuszek 70/72 And Waste Landfill Ul. Kasprowicza 6/10/11 Within A Maximum Of 48 Hours (Criterion For Evaluating Offers (Falling On Business Days)) From The Date Of Submitting The Demand Via E-Mail To The Contractors Address. 2. The Ordering Party Allows For Deliveries To Zgo Facilities By Delivering Fuel To Tanks Provided By The Contractor With A Capacity Of No More Than 5 M3, Equipped With The Possibility Of Distributing And Recording Fuel Directly To The Ordering Partys Machines And Devices. 3. All Costs Related To The Use Of Tanks By The Ordering Party Must Be Included By The Contractor In The Margin On The Fuel Manufacturers Price.4.
