Tenders are invited for Provision of Sand Control and Stimulation Services Date Added: December 19, 2024 Deadline: 04/01/2025 Category: Oil & Gas The scope of Sand Control and Stimulation shall include, but not limited to the following: 1. Provide subject Services as directed on Call-out by COMPANY and per well program. 2. Perform all Services and provides all Equipment, Material, and Products, etc., to complete Services 3. Provide Personnel technically competent and qualified to monitor and manage Equipment and Tool Inventory and perform Services. 4. Provide, at CONTRACTORs Costs, office support Personnel located in Areas of Operations, which are required to provide logistical, planning, laboratory and technical support for Services. 5. Maintain locations/areas of CONTRACTOR operations generally in Lagos, Escravos, Onne, or Port Harcourt (or as may be designated) with a Base defined. 6. Maintain a comprehensive Inventory of products and Equipment required to successfully carry out Services. 7. Prepare and submit necessary detailed Technical Reports and other documentation as directed by COMPANY. 8. Provide COMPANY with all Inspection documents and Certificates for Equipment being sent out to Drilling Unit. 9. Repair and maintain Materials and Equipment furnished on Drilling Unit in good working order for use on a twenty-four (24) hour basis. 10. Have a Single Point of Contact in country and On-Call 24 Hours/Day/7/Days/Week in Nigeria. CONTRACTORs Representative shall communicate with COMPANYs Drilling/Completion Staff in Lekki, Escravos and Onne and shall attend meetings with COMPANYs staff when required. Note: 1. Suppliers eligible for this tender opportunity are expected to be pre-qualified and live in NJQS under the product/service category. 2. The Invitation to Tender (ITT) and any further progression of this tender shall be via NipeX. 3. All costs incurred in preparing and processing NJQS prequalification shall be to the contractors accounts. 4. Meet the requirements Static and Dynamic Reservoir Studies. 5. This advertisement shall neither be construed as any form of commitment on the part of Chevron Nigeria Limited to award any contract to any company and or associated companies, sub-contractors or agents, nor shall it entitle prequalified companies to make any claims whatsoever, and/or seek any indemnity from Chevron Nigeria Limited and or any of its partners by virtue of such companies having been prequalified in NJQS. 6. The tendering process shall be the NNPC Ltd contracting process requiring pre-qualified companies to submit technical tenders first. Following a technical review, only technically and financially qualified contractors will be requested to submit commercial tenders. 7. Chevron Nigeria Limited will communicate only with authorized officers of the pre-qualifying companies and NOT through individuals or Agents.
