The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of A Service Consisting In The Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste From Owners Of Real Estate Residing In The Pęczeniew Commune, From Owners Of Real Estate On Which Summer Houses Are Located, From Owners Of Other Real Estate Used For Recreation And Relaxation Purposes, Used Only For Part Of The Year, Located In The Area Pęśniew Commune And Pszok In Pęczeniew. Detailed Subject Of The Order: 1) Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste From Owners Of Residential Properties And Real Estate On Which There Are Summer Houses And Other Real Estate Used For Recreational And Leisure Purposes In The Pęczew Commune;2) Equipment With Containers And Bags For Collecting Municipal Waste Of Residential Real Estate And Real Estate On Which There Are Summer Houses And Other Real Estate Used For Recreational Purposes In The Pęczew Commune In Accordance With The Regulations For Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In The Pęczew Commune No Additional Fee For The Duration Agreement (A Mixed Container And Bag System Will Apply, I.E. Container For Mixed Waste, Bags For Separately Collected Waste). The Contractor Will Deliver Containers And Bags Within 14 Days From The Date Of Signing The Contract. In The Event Of A Change In The Number Of Inhabitants Or The Number Of Properties On Which Holiday Homes Are Located And Properties Used For Recreational And Leisure Purposes, If They Occur During The Term Of The Contract, Within 3 Days From The Date Of Notification; 3) Conducting A Free Collection At Least Once A Year ( With The Proviso That, At The Request Of The Ordering Party, Additional Free Collection Should Be Carried Out) Of Bulky Waste (Furniture), Windows, Used Tires, Waste Electrical And Electronic Equipment In A Mobile Form - Displays In Front Of The Property;4) Collection And Management Of Bio-Waste From Property Owners Who Do Not Have Composters;5) Collection And Management Of Waste From The Municipal Selective Collection Point Of Municipal Waste In Pęczewo And The Family Allotment Garden;6) Equipping The Municipal Selective Collection Point With Bins And Containers Municipal Waste In Pęczewo And The Family Allotment Garden In Accordance With Annex No 1 To Swz;7) Collection And Management Of Portable Batteries And Accumulators And Expired Medicines;8) Equipping Points With Containers Where Batteries And Accumulators Will Be Collected (2 Points) And Expired Medicines (1 Point);9) Collection And Management Of Plastics And Glass From 2 Stationary Points In The Commune; 10) Developing And Providing The Ordering Party And Property Owners With A Municipal Waste Collection Schedule; 11) Keeping Records And Documentation Related To The Collection And Municipal Waste Management.
