Tender For Special Repair/ Replacement Of Pipeline Ci Line To Di Line (Phase-Ii) At Af Stn Awantipur; 1 Taking up U/S CI water main(incl all fitting) with spigot & socket /MS pipe or any other type of pipe or lead joint incl burning out joint & recovering lead from pipe of 100 mm bore for laying /rerouting of serviceable pipe after cleaning, complete all as specified and directed. 2 All as per item 1 above but 150 mm dia bore, complete all as specified and directed. 3 M&L for laying of Centrifugally Cast (Spun) Ductile Iron Pressure Pipes 100 mm with Spigot & Socket end, Class K-7 conforming to IS: 8329/2000 suitable for (push-on) rubber gasket jointing with centrifugally applied inside cement mortar lining with Sulphur Resistant Cement and external Metallic Zinc Coating with a finishing layer of Black Bitumen coating on external surfaces . The standard lengths of the pipes are 5.5 meter (subject to tolerance as per clause 15.5.1 of IS: 8329:2000) with Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer (EPDM) rubber gasket conforming to IS:5382 of Bulb-Type-2 as per IS:5382; Heel- Type-5, as per IS:5382 will be supplied. Pursuant to clause 15.5.1 of IS8329, 10% of pipes in each size, may be supplied in shorter lengths on surface/ over masonary pillar and connection to old or new position, complete all as specified and directed. Note: DI fitting /lead joint / Tyton joint will be measured and paid seperately all the dismanted / demolished /taking down material shall be reused or removed from site. 4 All as per item 3 above but 150 mm dia bore, complete all as specified and directed. 5 M&L for laying of Centrifugally Cast (Spun) Ductile Iron Pressure Pipes 150 mm with welded flanged ends, Class K-9 conforming to IS: 8329/2000 with centrifugally applied inside cement mortar lining with Sulphur Resistant Cement and external Metallic Zinc Coating with a finishing layer of Black Bitumen coating on external surfaces . Complete all as specified and as directed. 14 M&Lfor ruber gasket joint/ tyton jointfor DI pipe upto size 200 mm bore, complete all as specified and directed. 15 Taking down carefully cast iron sluice valve of size 200 mm bore from CI water mains, dismantling parts and reassembling, replacement of stainless spindle for sluice valve, class PN 1.0, and repacking stuffing box of sluice valve spindle, refixing in original position including provision of nuts, bolts, washers, rubbers gaskets etc., complete all as specified and directed. 16 Taking down carefully cast iron sluice valve of size 150 mm bore from CI water mains, dismantling parts and reassembling, replacement of stainless spindle for sluice valve, class PN 1.0, and repacking stuffing box of sluice valve spindle, refixing in original position including provision of nuts, bolts, washers, rubbers gaskets etc., complete all as specified and directed. 17 Taking down carefully cast iron sluice valve of size 100 mm bore from CI water mains, dismantling parts and reassembling, replacement of stainless spindle for sluice valve, class PN 1.0, and repacking stuffing box of sluice valve spindle, refixing in original position including provision of nuts, bolts, washers, rubbers gaskets etc., complete all as specified and as directed. 18 Taking down carefully cast iron sluice valve of size 80 mm bore from CI water mains, dismantling parts and reassembling, replacement of stainless spindle for sluice valve, class PN 1.0, and repacking stuffing box of sluice valve spindle, refixing in original position including provision of nuts, bolts, washers, rubbers gaskets etc., complete all as specified and as directed. 19 M&L for painting of Valve Chamber plastered portion with cement base and steel portion with synthetic enamel paint of any size, complete all as specified and as directed. 20 Taking out existing U/S CI sluice valve of any size any pattern up to 200 mm bore from 80 mm bore, complete all as specified and as directed. 21 S&F Cast iron gate sluice valve of size 100 mm dia Stainless steel stemPN- 1.6 (Flanged) conforming to IS 14846 hand wheel operated, complete all as specified and as directed. 22 All as per Item No 21 Above but 150 mm dia, complete all as specified and as directed. 23 Taking up or down GI tubing and connection fixed to wall or laid in trenches of size 15 mm dia, complete all as specified and as directed. 24 Taking up or down GI tubing and connection fixed to wall or laid in trenches of size 20 mm dia, all as specified and directed. 25 Taking up or down GI tubing and connection fixed to wall or laid in trenches of size 25 mm dia, all as specified and directed. 26 Taking up or down GI tubing and connection fixed to wall or laid in trenches of size 40 mm dia, all as specified and directed. 27 Taking up or down GI tubing and connection fixed to wall or laid in trenches of size 50 mm dia, all as specified and directed. 28 Taking up or down GI tubing and connection fixed to wall or laid in trenches of size 80 mm dia, all as specified and directed. 29 Taking up or down GI tubing and connection fixed to wall or laid in trenches of size 100 mm dia, all as specified and directed. 30 Supply and laying of galvanised steel water tubing medium grade (in replacement) trenches/ wall/ floor with all fittings, including connections such as union elbow, GI sockets, GI Unions, reducer, Tees or any connected accessories as required at site of size 15 mm bore, complete all as specified and as directed. 31 All as per Item No 30 Above butBore of pipe 20 mm, complete all as specified and as directed. 32 All as per Item No 30 Above butBore of pipe 25 mm, complete all as specified and as directed. 33 All as per Item No 30 Above but Bore of pipe 40mm, complete all as specified and as directed. 34 All as per Item No 30 Above but Bore of pipe 50mm, complete all as specified and as directed. 35 All as per Item No 30 Above but Bore of pipe 80mm, complete all as specified and as directed. 36 All as per Item No 30 Above but Bore of pipe 100mm, complete all as specified and as directed. 37 S&F gun metal globe valve (in replacement) with iron handle screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed of size 15 mm bore, complete all as specified and as directed.
