If you are planning to submit a proposal, it is imperative to confirm receipt of this solicitation by email to iris.procurement@dt-global.com in order to be included on the solicitation mailing list to receive answers to questions and any future amendment(s). Proposals must be submitted separately through two different emails. The first email should contain the technical proposal as an attachment, labeled as Technical Proposal. This document must be submitted in a zip folder and should be separate the Technical Proposal, CVs, Contracts, and Reports.
