Supply, Installation, Testing And Commissioning Of 16 Mtr High Mast Lighting Arrangement Including Its All Electro Mechanical Accessories In Complete On Street No.18 Near R.S.Software Signal Crossing, Under Ndita.- 1 Supply of 16 meter High mast lighting system with its accessories. Mast shaft shall be in two sections with steel material confirming to BSEN 10025 and material shall be high tensile steel, grade S355, hot dip galvanised confirming to BSEN ISO 1461 and suitable for wind velocity as per IS 875. It shall also include accessories for high mast including head frame, 2 continues steel wire rope 6 mm dia (7/19 construction), trailing cable, double drum winch, Galvanised Lantern carriage arrangement suitable for up to 9 luminaires symmetrically & its control gear (Make of Gear Box : New Allen Berry works / Chandra Gear / Elecon Engineering / Shanti Engineering) boxes and lightning finial. The mast shall have an integral powertool installed inside the base compartment for its operation along with Supply & Fixing of Cu Cable of Power Tool motor, Wiring for Luminaries, Anchor Plate,Foundation Bolt, Nut, Washer, Common Template all complete.Luminaire wiring materials not included in this item.(Make: Bajaj / Transrail / Valmond) 2 Erection of high Mast (16 M) on RCC foundation with cement concrete considering actual SBC of soil, with the help of suitable modern engg. tools and Plants, wiring of luminaries with all wiring materials like PVC insulated flexible cable of suitable copper conductor core of 1.5 mm² lugs, up to 10 nos. 6A MCB along with construction of shallow foundation with cementconcrete for high Mast considering the safe soil bearing capacity as per site condition, as per drawing and design of manufacturer of the mast. The soil test and submission of its report is within the scope of the work. 3 Erection, testing & commissioning of up to 12.0 / 12.5 / 16.0 meter high mast on the existing civil foundation by bolts with suitable tools, tackles, machines etc, all complete, as per direction of the EIC. 4 Earthing with 50mm dia GI Pipe 3.64mm thick x 3.04 Mts. Long and 1 x 4 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire (4Mts. Long) 13mm dia x 80mm long GI bolts, double nuts, double washers including S & F 15mm dia GI pipe protection (1 Mts. Long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level driven to an average depth of 3.65 Mts. below the gound level by ISI-Medium GI Pipe. 5 Excavation of soil for installation of Earth Electrode and filling & ramming for soft soil. 6 Connecting the equipments to earth busbar including S & F GI(Hot Dip) wire of size as below on wall/floor with staples buriedinside wall/floor as required and making connection toequipments with bolts, nuts, washers, cable lugs etc. asrequired and mending good damages(a) Solid GI wire(ii) No. 6 SWG 7 Extra for providing masonery enclosure on the top of the earth electrode of overall size 86.36 cm x 86.36 cm x 46 cm deep (below Ground level) complete with cemented brick work(1:6) of 25 cm width duly plastered with cement morter (inside) CI hinged inspection cover of size 36.56 cm x 35.56 cm with locking arrangement, GI reducer including drilling of 46 nos. 12 mm dia holes on the GI pipe. 8 SUPPLYING OF FOLLOWING XLPE INSULATED ALUMINUM CONDUCTOR ARMORED CABLES OF 1.1KV GRADE AS PER IS 7098 (PART 1) 1988 For Street Lighting(i) 16 sqm 4 core 9 Laying of one No. cable upto 35 Sqmm. In underground trench 460mm wide x 760mm average depth. With brick protection on the top of the cable with 8 (eight) Nos. bricks per metre, including filling the space between the brick & cable and also the trench with shifted soil, levelling up and restoring surface duly rammed. 10 Supply of High Density Poly-ethylene Pipe conforming to IS - 4984 - 1985(Dia) [PE - 63]A. 6 Kg / Sq.Cm. (Working Pressure)Dia - 50mm 11 Labour for fitting and fixing high density poly-ethylene pipes or P.V.C. pipes for underground work including cutting trenches upto 1.5 metre and refilling the same complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. (Payment will be made on centre line measurement of the total pipeline including specials. )(B)Under Ground(vi) 50 mm dia. 12 Supplying and fixing compression type gland complete with brass gland, brass ring & rubber ring or dust & moisture-proof entry of XLPE/PVC armoured cables. 13 Finishing the end of following XLPE/PVCarmoured cables by crimping method including supplying and fixing solderless socket (Dowels make), taps, anticorrosive paste & jointing materilas.i) 4 core, 16 Sqmm. 14 Supplying and drawing 1.1KV Single Core stranded FR PVC insulated & unsheathed single core stranded copper wire (Brand approved by EIC) of the following sizes in the prelaid polythene pipe and by the prelaid GI fish wire and making necessary connection as required from terminal box at Bottom end to the respective LED fittings.1.e) 3 x 36/0.3(2.5 sqmm.) 15 Supplying and fixing 240/415V MCB of Breaking Capacity 10KA & C characteristics on din rail of existing DBs and necessary connection.10 Amp (SP).Make: Legrand/Seimens/Schneider 16 10 Amp (DP)Make: Legrand/Seimens/Schneider 17 32 Amp (FP).Make: Legrand/Seimens/Schneider 18 Fixing only flood light fitting with suitable tie clamps and MS plate for mounting on Pole/Tower or similar structure 19 Dismentling steel tubular poles in C.C. foundation including excavation, filling of holes, restoring surface, loading at site and delevering, unloading , sorting, stacking properly at any place as per direction upto a lead of 1.6 K.M. 20 Removing of luminaries with lamp from the pole/column/High Mast and keeping them ready for dispatch as per direction of EIC. HPMV/HPSV/MH/LED Street light fittings on Steel tubular poles and High Masts. 21 Hoisting, fixing and commissioning of luminaries including making necessary connection and earthing attachement. HPSV/HPMV/LED fittings of any wattage. 22 Erection of single steel tubular pole of length as given below with/without sole plate & Cap etc. in CC foundation (proportion and dimension indicated below), having 600 x 600 x 150mm thick CC (4:2:1) base block below sole plate/pole with hard jhama metal including CC (6:3:1) muffing 0.30 Mts. dia and 0.30 Mts. above ground level including 3mm thick neat cemented finish and GI earth bolt after making drilled holes etc. on pole & carriage of pole upto 1.6km from store to work-site including filling up the excavated earth pit with shifted soil and ramming properly.a) Above 9.0 mtr. size: 0.6x0.6x1.91 mts. 23 Supply & fixing M. S. loop box (10 SWG) of size 10.3/4 “x 8.3/4” x 5 (269mm x 219mm x125mm) having almirah type cover complete with special type locking arrangement including S/F 8 “x6” x1/4 (200mm x 150mm x 6 mm) bakelite sheet 1 no. 4-way ebonit connector block, 1 No. 15 Amp fuse unit fitted inside the box and suitable size danger board riveted on cover of the box outside & fixing the box with pole by means of M.S. Clamps of 1x1/4 (25mm x 6mm) of suitable length and encasing the box by 1:3:6 cement concrete with graded stone chip (3/4 down).
