The Subject Of This Procedure Is A Framework Agreement For The Purchase Of Apple Ipads And Accessories (Stylus Pens, Cases, Keyboards And Protective Films). The Ipads And Accessories Are Given To The Trainees To Support Their Training. Individual Prices Are Requested In The Price Sheet. The Quantities Stated In The Price Sheet Reflect The Estimated Requirements Based On Course Planning For The Next Few Years. Billing Is Based On The Quantities Actually Ordered After The Surcharge. There Is No Minimum Purchase Agreed. By Default, All Devices Come With Apples 12-Month Limited Warranty (Https://Www.Apple.Com/Legal/Warranty/Products/Germany-Universal-Warranty.Html). The Order Is Generally Made Via Kkag. Invoices Are Taken Over By Knappschaft Kliniken Akademie Gmbh. Delivery Addresses Will Be Finalized By Kkag After The Contract Has Been Accepted. The Delivery Addresses Will Be Changed/Added Free Of Charge By The Contractor If Necessary. The Place Of Fulfillment Is With The Client Or At The Delivery Address In Germany Specified In The Individual Order. The Goods Are Delivered Free Of Charge. The Goods Will Be Delivered Within 10 Working Days Of Placing The Order (Subject To Market Availability). The Following Service Key Points Are Defined And Must Be Fulfilled By The Contractor: - After The Order Has Been Placed, The Client Will Be Sent An Order Confirmation Digitally By Email With Details Of The Expected Delivery Time. - Before Delivery, The Customer Receives An Excel File By Email With The Following Information: Device Model - Assignment Of Host Name To Serial Number - Order Number. - The Products Are Handed Over In A Ready-To-Use Condition. - The Contractor Must Be An Authorized Apple Service Provider For The Maintenance, Repair Or Upgrade Of The Apple Products. All Repairs Must Be Certified By Apple. - The Delivery Date Must Be Agreed In Advance With The Contact Person Named When Ordering So That The Delivery Can Be Accepted At The Delivery Address. - The Client Will Be Given A Personal Contact Person With A Telephone Number And Email Address. The Contact Person Can Be Reached By Telephone During Normal Operating Hours - (Monday To Friday 8 A.M. To 4 P.M. Except On National Public Holidays) The Contract Has A Term Of 12 Months From The Acceptance Of The Contract. The Contract Is Extended Three Times By 12 Months Each Time Unless It Is Terminated By The Client 3 Months Before The End Of The Respective Term. Calls Can Be Made Up To The Last Day Of The Term. The Prices In The Price Sheet Are Fixed Prices And Apply For The Entire Contract Term. If The Manufacturer Discontinues An Item Without A Successor Model, The Item Will No Longer Be Available. The Contractor Can Offer Follow-Up Items. A Successor Article Must At Least Meet The Requirements Of The Previous Product
