Detailed In The Technical Specification; Deliveries Of The Requested Goods Are Made To The Specified Delivery Address, And All Costs Of Transportation, Loading And Unloading Activities, Assembly/Installation And Commissioning Of The Goods, As Well As Training Of The Employers Employees, Are At The Expense Of The Contractor. For Supplies And Services And The Total Estimated Value Of The Individual Items Awarded In This Way Does Not Exceed 20 Percent Of The Total Estimated Value Of The Order. In These Cases, Regardless Of The Residual Value Of The Order, It Is Awarded In The Order Applicable To The Total Estimated Value Of The Entire Order.
