At The Same Time, It Is Ensured That Specific Technical And Quality Specifications That Require Overall Management And Control Will Be Met. At The Same Time, In Terms Of The Additional Benefits Of This Option For The Municipality, The Administrative Burden Is Reduced And There Is A Single Responsibility On The Part Of The Municipality For The Completion Of The Project, Reducing The Risk Of Inconsistency Or Incompatibility Between The Different Departments/Services Of The Municipality.
