The Planned Task Will Consist In The Modernization Of The Provincial Road No. 892 Zagórz - Komańcza - Radoszyce - State Gr.) On The Section From The Intersection With The Provincial Road No. 897 In Radoszyce, Km 28+720 To The State Border At 33+883, Length 5.163 Km. Provincial Road No. 892 Radoszyce - State Border Is Located In The Commune Of Komańcza (Podkarpackie Voivodeship) And Its Modernization Involves Renewing The Wearing Course Of The Bituminous Surface Along With Strengthening The Road Structure In Connection With The Planned Revitalization Of The Radoszyce - Palota Border Crossing Between Poland And Slovakia. Scope Works And Design Work Was Specified In Chapter Iii Of The Swz Together With The Annexes And In The Specification Of Conditions Orders And Includes, Among Others: In The Scope Of Design Work: • Development And Agreement Of Executive Designs Necessary From The Contractors Point Of View And Resulting From His Needs, As Well As Required Technological Designs Based On The Documents Included In The Swz, I.E., Among Others: Design Documentation, Notification Of Construction, Decisions, Opinions, Arrangements, Technical Conditions And Other Documents And Instructions, • Positive Agreement On The Above-Mentioned. Documentation By The Ordering Party And By The Relevant Operators And Network Managers, • Updating/Extending Technical Conditions And Obtaining Any Other Technical Conditions/Decisions/Permits/Arrangements In The Event Of Changes Introduced, • Developing, Obtaining All Necessary Opinions And Approval Of The Temporary Traffic Organization Project And Updating And Approval Of The Permanent Traffic Organization Project, • Development Of A Bioz Plan, Pzj Plan, Technological Designs And Other Documents Necessary To Start And Carry Out Construction Works In The Field Of Construction Works: 1. Pavement Works Including: • Leveling Milling Of The Existing Bituminous Wearing Course, • Strengthening The Existing Road Structure Using Geosynthetics (In Necessary Places), • Making A Binding/Leveling Layer Of Asphalt Concrete, • Making A Wearing Course Of Asphalt Concrete, 2. Cutting And Filling Roadsides With Aggregate/Reclaimed Material Along With Sprinkling With Asphalt Emulsion, 3. Works Within Culverts Consisting Of: • Replacing Damaged Structural Elements, • Cleaning Concrete Elements From Vegetation, Dirt And Bushes, • Filling Holes In Concrete, • Sealing Cracks With Pcc Mortar ,• Cleaning The Through Part Of The Culvert From Silt,• Cleaning The Grates On The Wells Blunders.4. Renovation Of Existing Road Intersections And Replacement Of Road Surfaces Within Them Without Changing The Type Of Intersection (Scope Of Work As In Point 1), 5. Alignment Of The Existing Exits With The New Road Grade And Cleaning Of Culverts Under The Exits,6. Cleaning Existing Road Ditches; • From Vegetation And Silt, • Repair Of Existing Road Ditches Fortifications Along With Supplementing The Fortifications In Places Where The Bottoms And Slopes Of Ditches
