Laser Printers – Renewal Of Printing Hw In The Department Of The Ministry Of Justice Of The Slovak Republic. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of New Printers. In Addition To The Delivery Of The Printers To The Site, The Contracting Authority Also Requires The Provision Of Related Services, Mainly Consisting Of Their Delivery To The Installation Location Pre-Determined By The Contracting Authority, Connection And Revival Of The Subject Of The Contract. When Procuring This Contract, The Public Contracting Authority Will Take Into Account The Environmental Aspect. The Equipment Must Meet The Energy Efficiency Requirements Of Office Equipment In Accordance With The Energy Star Requirements For The European Union. Removal And Ecological Disposal Of Packaging Of Technical Equipment Is Required. The Goal Of The Project Is To Maximize The Homogenization Of Printing Hardware (Hereinafter Referred To As Hw) In The Courts And At The Ministry Of Justice Of The Slovak Republic (Hereinafter Referred To As Ms Sr). For This Reason, The Public Contracting Authority Requires The Provision Of Technical Equipment - Printers From The Same Manufacturer For The Entire Department Of Justice. The Possibility Of Managing Multifunction Printers Centrally Is One Of The Main Motivations For Such A Purchase. Another Relevant Reason Is The Fact That Hw From One Manufacturer Makes Complex Troubleshooting, Service And Additional Purchases Of Consumables Easier (More Efficient).
