It Services: Consulting, Software Development, Internet And Support – Kontrakt Om It-Drift Mv.. I. Background And Purpose: The Danish Courts Agency (Dss) Offers A Contract For It Operation Etc. Of A Number Of The Danish Courts Agencys Applications, Including Specialist Systems, Software Packages And Integrations. Dss Services Around 2,500 Users Internally In The Danish Courts, Including The Faroe Islands And Greenland, As Well As Many External Users, E.G. Lawyers, Who Need To Use The Services That Dss Makes Available. The Contract Includes Approx. 75 Different Applications, Including Professional Systems, Software Packages And Integrations, Cf. The Tender Material, With A Total Storage Consumption Of Around 500 Tb And Backup Consumption Of 1,300 Tb. These Are Both Standard And Self-Developed Applications, Where Individual Business-Critical Applications Are Run On Container-Based Platforms, Cf. The Tender Documents Appendix 3. Application Maintenance And Further Development Of Some Of The Applications Is Provided By A Number Of Different Application Suppliers, Just As Dss Itself Performs A Number Of Tasks. Application Maintenance For The Other Applications Is Provided Under This Contract. All Services Must Be Delivered In Close Cooperation With Several Suppliers And Dss, Including In Relation To Commissioning. The Supplier Must Also Support The Ongoing Devops And Devsecops Implementation At Dss And Must Contribute To Ongoing Modernization Of Operations Etc. Those Of Dsss Applications That Are Covered By The Contract Have Great Societal Criticality. Dss Wants, Among Other Things, Therefore To Achieve A Secure, Stable, Up-To-Date And Cost-Effective It Operation With Flexibility For Scaling Up And Down. Therefore, There Are High Requirements For Availability, Scalability, Flexibility And Security. Ii: Main Services: 1) Transition In, I.A. Implementation Of A Safe And Stable Takeover Of Operation Of The Applications (Within A Limited Time), Including Project Management, Establishment Of A Transition Organization, Building Up Operational Capacity, Transfer Of Environments And Data, Acquisition Of Knowledge From The Transferring Supplier And Implementation Of Hypercare Periods. 2) Current Services - Infrastructure Operation, I.A. It Operation Of Infrastructure, Including Hardware, Network, Storage, Software, Incl. Operating Systems And Middleware As Well As Database Administration And Monitoring. The Supplier Is Responsible For Efficient And Stable Infrastructure Operation As Well As For Example Configuration, Patch, Release And Deployment Management In Order To Support High Requirements For Availability, Continuous Scaling As Well As Devops, Devsecops And Agility. - Network Operation, I.A. Operation, Monitoring, Maintenance And Logging Of Networks In Connection With The Customers Many Locations. - Application Operation, I.A. Backup, Configuration, Patch And Release And Deployment Management, Operation Of Container-Based Applications As Well As Application Maintenance Of Some Applications. - Support, I.A. Responsibility For Handling Incidents, Problems, Service Requests And User Administration In Order To Ensure High Availability For Users. - Unit Administration, I.A.
