Kościuszki 40, Which Includes: 1) Construction Works, In Particular: A) Demolition And Preparatory Works, B) Execution Of Vertical And Thermal Waterproofing Up To The Level Of Foundation Footings Along With Partial Injection Of Basement Walls, C) Reconstruction Of External Stairs, D) Replacement Of The Terrace Roof Covering External Together With The Renovation Of The Supporting Structure Of The Roof, E) Insulation Of The Attic Ceiling And External Walls Along With The Construction Of The Facade, F) Replacement Of Windows And Doors, G) Replacement Of The Gas Furnace Along With The Replacement Of Several Radiators, H) Reconstruction Of The External Sewage System: Rainwater And Drainage Along With With Installation Of An Underground Rainwater Tank, I) Connecting The Toilet And Shower In The Basement To The Sanitary Sewage System, J) Installing A Lightning Protection System And External Lighting On The Buildings Facade, K) Repair Of Internal Plasters And Drying, In The Technical Room Under The Stairs At The Back Of The Building, L) Repair, Reconstruction And Finishing Works, Together With Accompanying Works And Activities Necessary To Carry Out The Construction Works Described In The Contract Template, 2) Obtaining A Decision On An Occupancy Permit, Reporting The Completion Of Construction Works To The Architectural And Construction Authority (If Necessary), 3) Preparing Complete Documentation As-Built. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In: A) Design Documentation Consisting Of A Multi-Discipline Construction Design, Decision 1652/2020 Of December 30, 2020, Issued On Its Basis. On The Building Permit Entitled Reconstruction And Renovation Of The Building Of The Non-Public Kindergarten Koszałek Together With The Reconstruction Of The Internal Gas Installation, Construction Of An External Rainwater Drainage System And Insulation Of Foundation Walls As Part Of The Task Entitled Thermal Modernization Of The Building At Ul. Tadeusza Kościuszki 40 In Gliwice - Investment On Plot No. 418 (Stare Miasto District) And A Multi-Discipline Detailed Design, A Multi-Discipline Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And Formal Documents Constituting Annex No. 15 To The Terms Of Reference.
