Transport Services (Excl. Waste Transport) – Offer Of A Framework Agreement Regarding Transport Of Newly Purchased And Repairable Equipment. The Danish Armed Forces, Including The Ministry Of Defences Material And Procurement Agency (Hereafter Fmi), Intend To Use The Framework Agreement For The Transport Of Goods From A Third Party (Material Supplier) To The Armed Forces Locations In Denmark, The Transport Of Goods From The Armed Forces Locations To Third-Party Locations And Back Again, As Well As The Transport Of Goods Between The Defense Locations. The Framework Agreement Includes All Forms Of Transport Including Road, Rail, Air And Sea Transport (Both Part Load, Full Load, Container 20/40, Consolidated Etc.), Including Multimodal Transport Such As Door-To-Door Deliveries As Well As Courier Services For Both Packages And Documents. The Framework Agreement Also Covers All Types Of Both Military And Non-Military Goods Including, For Example, Sensitive Goods, Classified Goods Up To And Including Secret (National: Secret (Hem), Nato: Nato Secret And Eu: Eu Secret), Dangerous Goods (Iata Imdg, Adr), Itar (International Traffic In Arms Regulations) And Ear (Export Administration Regulation) Regulated Transport, European Military Airworthiness Requirements (Emar145), And Goods Where The Transport Is Regulated By International Conventions And Related Licenses. The Agreement Is Global And Concerns Transport Services To/From The Whole World. The Majority Of Transport Services Are Domestic Transport In Denmark, Transport To/From The Usa And Transport To/From Europe. In Addition, Transports To/From Canada, Israel, Vietnam, Bangladesh, Australia, Brazil, The Philippines And South Africa Can Be Mentioned, Among Other Things. Most Deliveries And Collections In Denmark Will Take Place To/From Fmis Main Warehouses In Skrydstrup, Hjørring, Klosterheden And Karup. Procurement From The Usa Is Mainly Done Through Foreign Military Sales (Fms), And The Supplier Must Be Able To Transport, Handle And Store Goods In A Warehouse In The Usa In Accordance With The Rules For Fms. The Supplier Must Be Globally Represented With Its Own Office Facilities And Terminals/Storage Facilities - Alternatively Have Agents. It Is A Requirement For This That The Supplier Has At Least One Centrally Located Terminal/Warehouse In The Usa, Great Britain And Denmark, Which Can Be Security Approved And Where It Is Possible To Send And Receive Consolidated Shipments. Appendix A Lists A Number Of Deadlines (Lead Time) For Carrying Out The Transport Services, But In Special Cases There Will Be A Need To Handle And Transport Shipments Of All Types Of Goods With Immediate Or Very Short Deadlines For Collection And Delivery, Which The Supplier Must Be Able To Honor. The Supplier Must Make A Number Of Employees Who Are Trained Freight Forwarders Available To The Armed Forces, Who Can Assist The Armed Forces Employees With Various Transport Tasks, Including Sparring And Advice. The Supplier Must Give The Armed Forces Free Access To A Web-Based Transport Booking System, A Live Track And Trace System And A Freight Calculator. In Addition, There Is A Need For The Supplier To Be Able To Provide Services Related To Transport, Including, For Example, The Delivery Of Mock-Ups
