The Provision Of Expert Services By The Consultant Will Ensure The Process Of High-Quality And Timely Implementation And Reporting Of The Project Activities And The Project As A Whole, In Compliance With The Terms Of The Administrative Agreement For Grant Financial Assistance /Adbfp/, The Documents Under The Environment Program 2021- 2027 And The Applicable Regulatory Documents. The Selected Contractor Will Be Responsible For The Overall Organization And Coordination Of The Work Process For Management And Implementation Of The Project And Its Activities, Defining, Specifying And Distributing Specific Tasks Among The Experts. Upon Execution Of The Order, It Is Planned To Select A Team Of Experts For The Overall Management Of The Project, Which Water Supply And Sewerage Yovkovtsi Ood, C. Veliko Tarnovo Will Implement Within The Framework Of Procedure Bg16ffpr002-1.002 Construction Of Water Supply Infrastructure For 7 Water Supply Operators Under Priority 1 Water Of The Program Environment 2021 - 2027, According To Which The Administrative Contract Will Be Concluded Between Those Authorized By The Departments Structures And Ministries, Individuals And The Manager Of Water Supply And Sewerage Yovkovtsi Ltd., Veliko Tarnovo. This Public Procurement Is Awarded In The Implementation Of The Organization And Management Activity, Envisaged As The Main Activity In The Submission Of The Project Proposal. The Purpose Of This Public Procurement Is The Successful (In Time, Technical, Financial, Environmental And Other Terms) Implementation Of The Activities Envisaged For Implementation In The Project Proposal. The Expected Results Of This Public Procurement, Related To The Above-Mentioned Goal, Are The Following: Successful Implementation Of The Project In Accordance With The Set Budget, Terms And Indicators; Compliance With The Conditions Of The Adbfp And The Requirements Of The Funding Body; Efficient Financial Management Of The Project; Prepared Reports (Technical And Financial Reports) Reflecting The Progress Of Works On The Project; Prepared And Delivered On Time All Reports And References, According To The Requirements Of The Program; Verified Sums And Avoidance Of Refusal Of Verification During Implementation Of Project Activities; High-Quality And On-Time Built Objects Under The Project; Ensured Coordination And Control Of The Activities Of All External Contractors Selected Through Public Procurement Procedures; Prepared And Submitted Payment Requests For The Project; Successful Completion Of The Project.
