Pressure Maintenance System, Boiler Circuit And Network Pumps, Fan Heaters, Valves And Backwash Filters Plus Sensors Such As Temperature Sensors, Thermometers, Pressure Transmitters Can Be Integrated Into The Msr Technology. Approximately 16 Heat Generators Installed On Site In The Output Range Between 500 Kw And 5,000 Kw And Four Buffer Storage Tanks With A Volume Of Approximately 150 M³ Each Must Be Integrated Into The Overall System. The Control Cabinets For The Building Management Technology Of The Wez Bad Tölz Are To Be Designed And Created. This Includes The Delivery And Installation Of The Control Cabinets Including Assembly And Wiring, Connection To The Main Power Supply And Laying Of All Incoming And Outgoing Control And Regulation Signal Cables. To Ensure Accident-Free Operation, It Is Necessary To Combine The Safety Chains Of The Individual System Components In A Common Shutdown Matrix. A Programmable Logic Controller (Plc) Is Used To Control The Functional Groups And Is Designed For The Medium And Upper Performance Range. The Plc In The Wez Is Intended To Be An Independent System Tailored To Needs, Among Other Things: Control All Pumps, Heat Generators, Buffer Management, Valves And Ancillary Equipment. Operating Specifications (“Schedule”) From A Higher-Level Central Control Center (E.G. Network Control Center) Must Also Be Integrated And Taken Into Account. The Control Is Based On Characteristic Curves, Setpoints And Limit Values, All Of Which Must Be Changeable By The Operator In Pop-Up Menus From The Visualization System (All Factors, Parameters, References And Limit Values Must Be Able To Be Adjusted By The Operating Personnel In Online Mode With A Password Query). Hardware And Software Must Be Delivered To The System As Tested As Possible. The Visualization System Has The Task Of Recording, Processing And Archiving All Process Data In A Timely Manner.
