The Awarding Of The Activities, The Subject Of This Public Procurement, Aims At The Practical Realization Of The Investment Intention Of The Lozenets District - So To Achieve Concrete Expedient Architectural And Technical Solutions For: - Implementation Of Measures For The Structural Provision And Strengthening Of Individual Parts And Elements, In Accordance With The Report Of The Structural Survey And Assessment Of The Condition Of The Building Of The 35Th Seu Dobri Voynikov; - Repair/Reconstruction Of The School Building, Including The Adjacent Yard Spaces; - Introduction Of Energy Efficiency Measures Aimed At The Main Structural Elements Of The Building, Heating, Cooling And Ventilation Systems, Replacement Of All Facade Doors And Windows Of The Building With New Ones, With Indicators According To The Energy Survey; - Renovation Of The Electrical Systems And Provision Of Installations And Facilities For Utilizing The Energy Of Renewable Energy Sources (Res), Which Have A Direct Ecological Effect And Lead To Compliance Of The Buildings With The Regulatory Requirements; - Implementation Of A Completely New Metal Fence, New External Staircases, External Ramps - Open With Electric Heating, - Construction Of An Elevator - To Overcome The Difference In Floors. In Fulfillment Of The Assignment Under This Public Procurement, The Designated Contractor Should Carry Out The Activities Of Work Design And Subsequent Implementation Of Author Supervision During Construction, Following The Phasing (Sequence) And Implementation Technology Approved By The Contracting Authority In The Technical Specification (Assignment For Design). The Design Development Assigned As The Subject Of This Public Procurement Should Be Prepared And Include The Following Parts: 1. Architectural Part, Including The Color Solution Of The Facades, Interior And Navigation System; 2. Part Building Structures; 3. Part Geodesy - Geodetic Survey, Vertical Planning And Tracing Plan; 4. Part Electrical; 5. Plumbing Part - Internal Installations And Site Sewage; 6. Part Hvac; 7. Part Energy Efficiency, Incl. Energy Efficiency Compliance Report; 8. Part Landscaping And Park Planning, Including Landscaping, Fencing, Sports Facilities And Playgrounds; 9. Part Technological; 10. Part Fire Safety; 11. Part Safety And Health Plan, Incl. Temporary Traffic Organization, If A Special Regime Is Required During The Implementation; 12. Part Management Of Construction Waste; 13. Detailed Bill Of Quantities For All Parts, Subject To Compliance With The Approved Technical Specification (Design Assignment), Attached As An Integral Part Of The Documentation For Participation In The Procedure.
