The Kliniken Der Stadt Köln Ggmbh (Hereinafter Referred To As Ag) Intends To Purchase Software For The Comprehensive Implementation And Commissioning Of Digital Patient Information And Consent As Part Of The Current Procurement Process. Currently, All Patient Information And Consent Is Predominantly Paper-Based. Documents Are Printed Out For Each Patient, Filled Out And Signed By The Patient Or Doctor And Then Stored As A Scan In The Archive System (Pegasos). After The Software Has Been Put Into Operation, The Patients Information And Consent Should Be Digitized As Far As Possible By The Medical Service. It Should Be Noted That The Services In Question Are Financed From Funds From The Hospital Future Fund (Khzf), Which Is Refinanced By The European Unions Recovery And Resilience Facility (Arf). In This Respect, The Procurement Of The Services In Question Is Also Subject To The Relevant Funding Conditions. For This Reason, In Order To Be Eligible For Funding, Certain Mandatory Requirements Of The Relevant Funding Element 2 Must Be Met In This Case. The Client Has A Two-Time Extension Option Beyond The Initial Fixed Term. You Can Extend The Term Of The Contract By One Year, I.E. Up To A Maximum Contract Term Of 5 Years, By Means Of A Unilateral Written Declaration. The Contractor (Hereinafter Referred To As An) Is To Be Commissioned With The Acceptance-Ready, I.E. Essentially Defect-Free, Comprehensive Implementation And Commissioning Of Software For Digital Patient Information And Consent That Is Compatible With The Current It Landscape, In Accordance With The Procurement Documents Including The (Partial) Functional Service Description . In This Respect, All Necessary Services Must Be Provided In Accordance With The Service Description, From Project Planning And Planning To Installation And Commissioning Through To Support And Service.
