Tender for Special Repair Of Kotwa Dham Sanawa Shekhpur Tutru Road Culvert Box - Construction of 1x2x2 m span Box Culvert at damaged hume pipe puliya and Approch Road at Kotwadham Sanawa Shekhpur Tutru Road (ODR) in km. 11 - Dismantiling brick work or stone work in lime or cement mortar and including stacking of materials as directed by Engineer-in-charge with in a distance of 60 mt. (200 feet) 2 Earth work in excavation of foundation of structures as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling with approved material. 3 Providing & laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1cement, 3coarse sand,6 stone grit) including supply of all materials labour & T&P etc required for proper copaction of the work and curing complete, also including cost of formwork in foundation & floors. 4 Sand Filling in Foundation Trenches as per Drawing & Technical Specification 5 Reinforced cement concrete in open foundation complete as per drawing and technical specifications (M-25) For Raft 6 Providing & laying M25 grade Reinforced cement concrete in sub-structure complete as per drawing and Technical Specification & section 1500, 1700 & 2200 of MORTH&H specification (2001) 7 Furnishing and Placing Reinforced/Prestressed cement concrete in super-structure as per drawing and Technical Specification 8 Steel (HYSD Fe 500) with all charges as cutting,bending, binding & placing at site. 9 Drainage Spouts complete as per drawing and Technical specification 10 Providing weep holes in Brick masonry/Plain/ Reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall/ return wall with 100 mm dia AC pipe, extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1V :20H towards drawing foce. Complete as per drawing and Technical Specifications 11 Back filling behind abutment, wing wall and return wall complete as per drawing and Technical Specification 12 Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2. 13 Laying of 900 mm dia NP-3 Hume pipe culvert (Analysis Attached) 14 Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with front end loader at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401 15 Laying brick soling layer on prepared sub-grade with brick on end edging according to lines, graded and cross-section shown on the drawing filling joints with sand and earth, spreading 25 mm thick layer of earth over brick soling, watering and rolliing the same with threewheel road roller 80-100 kN as per Technical Specification Clause 412 as per SOR 16 Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2. 17 Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with front end loader at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401 18 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of 63-45 mm. to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheel/vivratory roller 8-10 tonne in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, crushdable stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 2 as per Technical Specification Clause 405. 19 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of 22.4-53 mm. to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheel/vivratory roller 8-10 tonne in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, crushdable stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405. 20 Providing and applying primer coat with SS1 grade bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means. 21 Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.35kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom. 22 Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using VG-10 Bitumen to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a mixall, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of either Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 508. 23 Providing and laying seal coat Type-C to sealing the voids in a bituminous surface with 6.7 mm aggregates of approved quarry using bitumen (VG-10) @ 6.50 kg/ sqm to required laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall as per MORD Specification Clause 510and as per direction of Engineer-in-chargeto completion of work. 24 The routine maintenance of above road work including earthen shoulder, and bitumenous pavement etc to the required standards and in the manner as defined in CB Condition and keep the entire road surface and structure in Defect free condition during the entire maintenance period which begins from the actual Completion Date and ends after five years.(including cost of material T&P labour but excluding GST) 1StYear Maintenance Cost @ Charge - 0.00% (Total Cost of Item nos. 1 to 23) 25 The routine maintenance of above road work including earthen shoulder, and bitumenous pavement etc to the required standards and in the manner as defined in CB Condition and keep the entire road surface and structure in Defect free condition during the entire maintenance period which begins from the actual Completion Date and ends after five years.(including cost of material T&P labour but excluding GST) 2ndYear Maintenance Cost @ 0.25% (Total Cost of Item nos. 1 to 23) 26 The routine maintenance of above road work including earthen shoulder, and bitumenous pavement etc to the required standards and in the manner as defined in CB Condition and keep the entire road surface and structure in Defect free condition during the entire maintenance period which begins from the actual Completion Date and ends after five years.(including cost of material T&P labour but excluding GST) 3rdYear Maintenance Cost @ 0.50% (Total Cost of Item nos. 1 to 23) 27 The routine maintenance of above road work including earthen shoulder, and bitumenous pavement etc to the required standards and in the manner as defined in CB Condition and keep the entire road surface and structure in Defect free condition during the entire maintenance period which begins from the actual Completion Date and ends after five years.(including cost of material T&P labour but excluding GST) 4th Year Maintenance Cost @ 0.75% (Total Cost of Item nos. 1 to 23) 28 The routine maintenance of above road work including earthen shoulder, and bitumenous pavement etc to the required standards and in the manner as defined in CB Condition and keep the entire road surface and structure in Defect free condition during the entire maintenance period which begins from the actual Completion Date and ends after five years.(including cost of material T&P labour but excluding GST) 5th Year Maintenance Cost @ 1.00% (Total Cost of Item nos. 1 to 23)
