Construction-Site Supervision Services – Professional Supervision Of The Construction Of The Vir Agglomeration. The Subject Of The Procurement Is The Supervision Of The Execution Of Works Within The Project Improvement Of The Water Utility Infrastructure Of The Vir Agglomeration. Supervision Services Within This Contract Include Professional Supervision Services (Construction, Mechanical, Technological, Electrical And Others) In The Sense Of The Law On Construction (Official Gazette 153/13, 20/17, 39/19, 125/19), The Law On Jobs And Activities Spatial Planning And Construction (Official Gazette 78/15, 118/18, 110/19) And Other Valid Regulations And Supervision Of Works Performed In Accordance With The Conditions Of Construction Contracts For Construction And Engineering Works According To The Clients Projects (Fidic Red Book, First Edition 1999 .) And Conditions Of Contract For Installations And Designing And Construction For Electrical And Mechanical Buildings And Works According To Contractors Projects (Fidic Yellow Book, First Edition 1999). The Project Improvement Of The Water Utility Infrastructure Of The Vir Agglomeration Includes Works On The Construction Of A Wastewater Treatment Plant And Works On The Construction, Reconstruction And Rehabilitation Of The Drainage And Water Supply System, Which Basically Includes: • Activity 1 - Contract Supervision Services 1 - Wastewater Drainage And Water Supply The Island Of Vir; • Activity 2 – Supervision Services For Contract 2 – Design, Construction And Trial Operation Of Upov Vir With Solar Drying And Uxo; Supervision Will Be Carried Out Over Works Performed In Accordance With Fidic Conditions Of Construction Contracts (Fidic Red Book - Activity 1) And Fidic Conditions Of Contracts For Facilities And Design And Construction (Fidic Yellow Book - Activity 2). The Contract For The Works Improvement Of The Water Utility Infrastructure Of The Vir Agglomeration - Wastewater Drainage And Water Supply Of The Island Of Vir Includes: Water Supply System • Construction Of 107.7 Km Of Pipelines • Construction Of 2 Pumping Stations Wastewater Drainage System • Construction Of 112.9 Km Of Pipelines • Construction Of 13 Pumping Stations • Construction Of A 2.0 Km Submarine Outlet And Creation Of Executive Projects And Projects And Photographs Of The Completed State, Implementation Of Tests Upon Completion, Including The Implementation Of A Technical Inspection, And Removal Of Hidden Defects Within The Warranty Period, In Everything According To The Terms Of The Contract For Construction For Construction And Engineering Works According To The Clients Projects (Fidic Red Book).
