Sale Of Diesel Oil And Ethyl Fuel Meeting The Quality Requirements For Liquid Fuels In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Economy Of October 9, 2015 (Journal Of Laws Of 2015, Item 1680, As Amended) And The Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate Of April 22, 2020 Amending Regulation On Quality Requirements For Liquid Fuels (Journal Of Laws Of 2020, Item 727), As Well As The Application Of Polish-Eu Standards Pn-En 228+A1:2017-06 And Pn-En 590+A1:2017-6, With Refueling The Ordering Partys Vehicles At The Gas Station.4.5. For Economic And Organizational Reasons Important For The Ordering Party, The Contractors Gas Station May Be Located Within A Radius Of 3,000 Meters From The Ordering Partys Headquarters At Ul. Partyzańskiego 6 B, 21-400 Łuków.4.6 Fuel Will Be Provided Successively As Needs Arise, Individually For Each Vehicle, Machine Or Device.4.7. Refueling Frequency, Depending On Needs, On Average 4 To 8 Vehicles Per Day.4.8. Expected Average Purchase During The Term Of The Contract: - Approx. 120,000 Liters Of Diesel Oil, Approx. 7,300 Liters Of Ethanol.4.9. The Fuel Quantities Given Are Estimates. We Reserve The Right To Increase Or Decrease The Quantity Of Fuel Purchased During The Term Of The Contract If There Is Such A Need That The Ordering Party Could Not Foresee For Reasons Beyond Its Control.4.10. Enabling Refueling On All Days Of The Week At 7.00 - 15.00.4.11. The Contractor Will Have A Fuel Tank (Diesel Oil) With A Capacity Of At Least 20,000 Liters.4.12. The Contractor Will Have In Its Resources A Generator With Adequate Power To Ensure The Activation Of The Dispensers, Or Another Independent Energy Source That Will Ensure The Possibility Of Refueling In The Event Of A Lack Of Electricity Supplying The Fuel Dispensers.4.13. Unless The Contractor Has A Power Generator Or Other Independent Power Source In Its Resources, It Will Undertake To Purchase Such A Generator Within One Month From The Moment Of Signing The Contract.4.14. If, After One Month From Signing The Contract, The Contractor Fails To Demonstrate That He Has A Generator With Appropriate Power, He Will Be Charged A Contractual Penalty Of Pln 100.00 Per Day.4.15. The Contractor Is To Secure A Minimum Reserve Amount Of Fuel In Its Tanks For The Ordering Party, In The Amount Of At Least 5,000 Liters Of Diesel And 500 Liters Of Ethylene, And Is To Be Released Only On The Order Of The Management Board Of Puik Sp. Z O. O. 4/16. The Contractor, Depending On The Needs (Summer Fuel After May 2, And Winter Fuel After November 1), Will Deliver Diesel Oil To Two Fuel Tanks With A Capacity Of 2,500 Liters Each, Which Are In The Resources Of The Ordering Party, Located On The Premises Of The Water Supply Plant In Łuków, Ul. Partyzatów 6B And The City Cleaning Plant At Ul. Świderska 128. 4.17. The Ordering Party Will Provide (List Of Vehicles And Employees Authorized To Purchase Fuel) Only To The Contractor Whose Offer Is Selected - Annex No. 1 To The Contract.4.18. The O
