1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Collection, Transport And Management Of Municipal Waste From All Household Owners Living In The Gorzków Commune. 2. In The Gorzków Commune There Are Approximately 1,130 Farm And Single-Family Households And 2 Multi-Unit Buildings. The Area Of ​​The Commune Is 96.68 Km², There Are 23 Towns, Inhabited By 2,594 People (Based On Submitted Waste Declarations), Including 65 Households Equipped With Composters. The Estimated Number Of Properties From Which Municipal Waste Will Be Collected Is Specified In Annex 8 To The Swz. The Location Of The Towns And Roads Of The Gorzków Commune Is Presented On The Map, Which Is Attached As Appendix No. 10 To The Swz. Waste Will Be Collected From Properties Along The Route. The Contractor Must Take Into Account All Inhabited Properties. The Estimated Waste Collection Route Is Approximately 145 Km. 3. During The Execution Of The Order, The Number Of Properties And People Covered By The Waste Collection Service May Change Due To Population Migration, Births And Deaths. A 10% Variable Population Is Assumed For The Duration Of The Contract. The Ordering Party Will Immediately Provide The Contractor With Information In This Regard. During The Execution Of The Order, This Database Will Be Subject To Modifications Due To Changes In Property Owners, The Volume Of Waste Generated Or The Creation Of New Facilities On Properties Where Municipal Waste Will Be Generated. The Ordering Party Reserves That The Minimum Volume Of Collected Waste May Be Lower Than That Specified In The Swz By 25%, Which Cannot Be The Reason For Additional Claims From The Contractor. 4. As Part Of The Service, The Contractor Is Obliged To Collect The Following Types And Estimated Quantities Of Municipal Waste From All Properties Inhabited In The Gorzków And Pszok Communes: 1) Mixed Municipal Waste, I.E. Remaining After Waste Segregation And Non-Selectively Collected Waste (Estimated Quantity - 140 Mg);2 ) Biodegradable Waste – (Estimated Amount - 2 Mg); 3) Waste Collected Separately (Estimated Amount - 92 Mg) Divided Into Three Fractions: - Paper And Cardboard (Approx. 3 Mg), - Plastics (Approx. 42 Mg), - Glass And Glass Packaging (Approx. 47 Mg );4) Other Waste (51 Mg) Collected From Pszok, Including Bulky Waste (Approx. 26 Mg), Used Tires (10 Mg), Demolition And Construction Waste (Approx. 15 Mg) And Expired Medicines.5. Expired Medicines Collected At Pszok, In A Container With A Capacity Of Approximately 50 Liters, Intended For The Collection Of Expired Medicines. The Contractor Collects The Collected Medicines At A Frequency That Prevents The Containers From Overflowing At The Request Of The Ordering Party, At Least 1 Time Per Quarter.6.
