The Necessary Food Products For The Preparation Of Food For The Children From The Kindergarten Are Divided Into Four Separate Items, And The Estimated Value Of Each Of Them For A Period Of 12 Months Is Current As Of The Date Of Opening The Award Of The Order, Determined After A Market Study Was Conducted On The Basis Of Art. 21, Para. 2 Of The Civil Code. The Object Of The Award In This Public Procurement Are Two Of The Separate Positions, And The Other Two Are Requirements Under Art. 20, Para. 4, Item 3 Of The Civil Code. Detailed Information On The Specific Items Of The Order Is Indicated In The Technical Specification. The Deliveries Of The Necessary Food Products Are Carried Out At The Request Of The Contracting Authority For A Period Of 12 Months. The Selected Contractor Delivers The Requested Quantities To The Address Of The Employer With Means Of Transport Registered For The Transport Of Food Products, In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Food Act. Transport Costs Are At The Expense Of The Selected Contractor.
