Tender For Improvement Of Sewage And Drainage System For Jodhpur Mil Station.; 1 Earth work in excavation in all kind of soil by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 Mtr in width or 10 Sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 Mtr, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil within a lead of 50 Mtr complete all as specified & directed. 2 Earth work in excavation in ordinary rock by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 Mtr in width or 10 Sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 Mtr, including getting out the excavated Materials and disposal of surplus excavated materialswithin a lead of 50 Mtr complete all as specified & directed. 3 Earth work in excavation in hard rock by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 Mtr in width or 10 Sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 Mtr, including getting out the excavated Materials and disposal of surplus excavated materials within a lead of 50 Mtr complete all as specified & directed. Note :- Hard rock Obtained from excavation shall becomes property of contractor under Schedule of credit & same shall be removed from site. 4 Earth work in excavation in all kind of soil by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) in over areas (exceeding 0.30 Mtrin depth , 1.5 Mtr in width a well as 10 Sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 Mtr, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil within a lead of 50 Mtr complete all as specified & directed. 5 M & L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified & directed. 6 M & L for formwork to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railings and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses, etc.; vertical or to batter fair finished the surfaces of cocrete complete all as specified & directed. 7 Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm. complete all as specified & directed. 8 Removing excavated material exc 250 Mtr but not exc 500 Mtr and depositing where as directed. 9 Removing excavated rock material exc 250m but n exc 500 Mtr and depositing where as directed. 10 M & L for reinforced cement concrete M-30 (Design Mix) using 20mm graded stone aggregate in walls, retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like; any thickness; above top of footings; including attached pilasters and buttresses complete all as specified & directed. 11 M & L Precast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in landing cover slabs (for manholes etc) complete all as specified & directed (Note:- Reinforcement shall be measured & paid separately). 12 M & L for Mild Steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over cutto length, bent to shape required, including cranking , bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified & directed. 13 M & L for Mild Steel TMT bars 8mm dia cutto length, bent to shape required, including cranking , bending, spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends for columnand binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified & directed. 14 Demolition of stone / brick work masonry, built in cement mortar including all quions, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and removing unserviceable debris material in low laying area complete all as specified and as directed complete all as specified & directed. Note :- Old stone / Bricks shall becomes prperty of contractor under Schedule of credit & same shall be removed from site. 15 Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) & removing unserviceable material in low laying area complete all as specified and directed. 16 M & L Drilling of Horizontal bore hole for main pipeline under the Road tracks in all strata with required length including fixing 13 of M.S.(or as specified by Railway / Road authority) casing pipe of suitable size and thickness complete all as specified & directed for following diameter of Bore hole for MS pipe :-(i) Horizontal Drilling - 600mm bore dia & (ii) MS Casing Pipe - 500mm bore dia& 8mm wall thickness. Note :-(i) Rate quoted shall deemed to be includes the cost of Drilling of bore hole, Casing pipe & welding,pushing etc complete but excluding the cost of water main, valves and other items.(ii) Entire work should be as per Approved Drawing and as per instruction of Railway / Road authority, No extra payment will be alloewed on this account. 17 Rolling and consolidating formation surfaces in cutting by using power roller exc 8 Tonne & not exc 12 Tonne complete all as specified and as directed. 18 M & L for laying and compacting 200mm thick (Compacted thickness) granular sub base course (GSB) grading as per Grade-I as specified table 400-1 of MORTH specifications for Road and Bridges works-2013, in asingle layer over compacted sub grade with natural sand,c rushed gravel, crushed stone, crushed slag or combination thereof as per the grading required material are mechanically mixed, spread and levelling on the sub grade by using motor grader of adequate capacity and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80 - 100 KN static weight for achieving required compaction density of atleast 98% of the maximum dry density. Consolidation to required gradient and camber finished the surfaces tolerance as per Table 900-1 of MORTH Specification for Road and Bridges works-2013 complete all as specified and as directed. 19 M & L for 150mm thick (compacted) WMM laid in two layer of 75mm each confirming to grading given in table 400-13 of MORTH specification for road and bridge work-2013 manufactured in WMM plant material comprising of clean crushed graded aggregate and granular materials premixed with water to dense mass,spreading with sensor paver and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-100 KN static weight and consolidating to required finished surfaces tollerence to be as per table 900-1 MORTH specification for road and bridge work-2013 complete all as specified and as directed. 20 M & L for preparing surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud, etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning clear surfaces with gunny bags and applying priming / tack coat with bituminous primer (VG-10)at 10kg/10 Sqm using paving bitumen complete all as specified and as directed. 21 M & L for 75mm thick (consolidated thickness) Premix bituminous macadam using 4%binder content by weight by total mix, using paving bitumen of any penetration laid / rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and as directed. 22 M & L for cleaning the bituminous macadam surfacesby brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc & applying tack coat @ 5 Kg/10 Sqm using paving bitumen and finally laying bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete 40mm thick (consolidated thickness) with 5.5% binder content by weight by total mix, using paving bitumen (VG-30) rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete using Hot mix plant and mechanical paver and 8 to 10 tonne power road roller complete all as specifiedand as directed. 23 Supply & Fixing or laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 including making joints with or without grooves (Thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and as directed. 24 M & L for preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces of concrete over 10cm girth or width and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed. 25 M & L for PCC 1:4:8, type D-2using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as inconcrete bed to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and testeads for 200mm bore dia pipe complete all as specified & directed. 26 M & L for PCC 1:4:8, type D-2using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested for 300mm bore dia pipe complete all as specified & directed. 27 M & L for laying 200mm bore dia Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP-3 , laid and jointed complete with collars all as specified and directed. 28 M & L for laying 300mm bore dia Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP-3 , laid and jointed complete with collars all as specified and directed. 29 M & L for laying 600mm bore dia Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP-2 , laid and jointed complete with collars all as specified and directed. 30 Cutting into existing manholes of any dia for connecting new drains, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for & forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 smooth finished and reforming benching as required complete with collars all as specified and directed. 31 M & L for 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2, (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub floor, sub bases, floor and paving etc complete with collars all as specified and directed. 32 M & L for 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc of required strength, thickness & size / shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding / laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate viberator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and as directed. 33 Restoration work of road cutting of NH / SH / JDA authority as per MORTH specification with all leads for trench width exc 1.00 Mtr but not exc 2.00 Mtr complete all as specified and as directed. 34 M & Lfor Fly ash Brick masonry with sub class B" bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 as in wall of drain completeall as specified and as directed. 35 M & L for 15mm thick rendering IN cm 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. 36 M & L for cement concrete Type C-1,1:2:4 using 20mm graded stone aggregates as in coping, bed block and the like including weathering , slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and as directed. 37 M & Lfor preparation new plasterd surfaces of walland applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed. 38 Filling under floor with excavated soil as required obtaied from item No 1, 2 & 4 above and spreading and levelling in layers including watering and well ramming complete all as specified and as directed.
