Tenders are invited for Potential Consultancy Service to Develop Saving and Credit Associations Operational Directives, Loan Directives and Internal Regulations and Train the Association Members. Consultancy work Objective: To develop Saving and Credit Associations (S&CAs) Operational Directives, Loan Directive and Internal Regulations. To train 300 members of the associations. 3. Scope of the Consultancy Work The scope of this consultancy work is limited to the development of Saving and Credit Associations (S&CAs) Operational Directives, Loan Directive, and Internal Regulation and train 300 members of the association. The allotted time for the development of the Saving and Credit Associations (S&CAs) Operational Directive, Loan Directive, and Internal Regulation and facilitation of the training for the members is 15 and 20 working days respectively. 4. Deliverables The consultant is expected to deliver the following outputs: Inception report with a clear table of contents for the Saving and Credit Associations (S&CAs) Operational Directive, Loan directive and Internal Regulation. The final and amended version of the table of contents was obtained after comments from EIP experts. First draft of the Saving and Credit Associations (S&CAS) Operational Directive (40 pages). L Directive (30 pages) and Internal Regulation Pages). Amend, comment, and submit the final version of the Saving and Credit Associations (S&CAs) Operat Directive, Loan Directive, and Internal Regulation. Conduct a two-day training for 300 members of the saving and credit association on the Operational Directive, Loan Directive and Internal Regulation.
