The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Catering And Gastronomic Services To The Ordering Party In The Building Of The Training And Recreation Center In Porażyn (Hereinafter Referred To As Osw) Located In Porażyn Tartak 14, 64-330 Opalenica And In Other Places Indicated By The Ordering Party. These Are Services In The Field Of Preparation And Serving Of Meals Consisting In Providing And Organizing Meals Along With Full Service On The Premises Of The Porażyn Training And Recreation Center Using Existing Devices And Our Own Equipment And Utensils, During Trainings, Meetings, Conferences And Other Events, For Hotel Guests (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Etc.) As Well As Catering (Delivery Of Meals) To A Place Designated By The Ordering Party. The Provision Of Catering And Gastronomic Services Organized At The Training And Recreation Center In Porażyn, Hereinafter Referred To As Osw In Porażyn, Are Included In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz. Meals Will Be Ordered To The Contractor By The Ordering Party Based On The Type Of Products Included In Annex No. 4 A To The Swz And The Required Quantities. The Actual Number Of Meals Will Result From The Actual Needs Of The Ordering Party And May Change Depending On The Number Of Guests, And The Contractor Will Not Make Any Claims Or Demanded Financial Compensation If The Quantity Is Smaller Than The Estimated One. The Quotation Should Be Based On The Quantities In The Tender Cost Estimate According To The Quantities Specified In Annex 5 To The Swz And Composition And Grammage Indicated In Annex 4 A To The Swz.
