Tenders Are Invited For Conducting Maintenance, Inspections And Repairs Of Individual Air Conditioning Sets Installed In The Facilities Of The Medical University Of Warsaw
1. The Subject Of This Order Is: 1) Conducting Maintenance Inspections Of Air Conditioners: A) Specified In The List Of Air Conditioners After Warranty (Appendix No. 3 To The Agreement); B) Specified In The List Of Air Conditioners Under Warranty (Appendix No. 3A To The Agreement), Excluding Air Conditioners Covered By Warranty Air Conditioner Installation Contractor - Warranty Expiry Dates - Column 8 Of The Appendix Table;C) Air Conditioners After The Expiry Of The Warranty Of The Air Conditioner Installation Contractor And/Or The Manufacturer Of The Air Conditioner Under The Terms Specified In Section 1 Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Appendix No. 2 To The Contract), 2) Conducting Technical Emergency Services For Air Conditioners: A) Specified In The List Of Air Conditioners After Warranty (Appendix No. 3 To The Contract); B) Specified In The List Of Air Conditioners Under Warranty (Appendix No. 3A To The Contract) C) Air Conditioners After The Expiry Of The Warranty Provided By The Air Conditioner Installation Contractor And/Or The Air Conditioner Manufacturer, On The Terms Specified In Section 2 Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Appendix No. 2 To The Contract), 3) Repairs Of Air Conditioners: A) Specified In The List Of Air Conditioners After Warranty (Appendix No. 3 To The Contract); B) Specified In The List Of Air Conditioners Under Warranty (Appendix No. 3A To The Contract) With Excluding Air Conditioners Covered By The Warranty Of The Air Conditioner Installation Contractor - Warranty Expiry Dates - Column 8 Of The Appendix Table; C) Air Conditioners After The Expiry Of The Warranty Of The Installation Contractor Air Conditioner And/Or The Air Conditioner Manufacturer, On The Terms Specified In Section 3 Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Appendix No. 2 To The Contract)
