The Purpose Of The Investment Is Energy Savings And Safe Operation. The Investment Is Aimed At Renovation And Modernization Aimed At Increasing Energy Efficiency. Total Useful Floor Area: 12,785.72 M2 As Part Of The Energy Development To Be Financed From The Continuation Of The Kehop 5.2.15-21-2021-00011 Tender, The Following Major Upgrades Will Be Implemented: 1. Windows: All Exterior Doors And Windows Of The Building, To Be Replaced Based On A Previous Kehop Public Procurement Except For The Double-Sided Copolite Glass Row Above The Kitchen The Steel Cased Doors And Windows In The Mechanical Engineering Space Will Be Given The Same Doors And Windows As In The Previous Project 2. Doors: The Automatic Entrance Doors Of The Building Will Be Replaced With Doors With Higher Thermal Insulation. 3. Facade Formation: The Current Paneled Limestone Facade Will Be Dismantled, And After Replacing The Thermal Insulation Behind It, It Will Receive A New Paneled Limestone Facade. The Existing Support Structure Will Be Dismantled And A New Support Structure Will Be Reinforced. After The Demolition Of The Current Trapezoidal Sheet Covering Of The Uppermost Engineering Space, A Light-Colored Sandwich Panel Structure Will Be Installed. After The Demolition Of The Current Structured Concrete Plinth Covering, A New Formable Plinth Plaster Will Be Applied To The Plinth Insulation, Trying To Maintain Its Original Appearance. 4. Mechanical Engineering: In Addition To The Currently Existing Viessmann Vitocrossal 200 And Hoval Ultragas 600D Condensing Gas Boilers, Heat Pump Auxiliary Heating Will Be Installed. 6 Of The Outdoor Units Will Be Placed Next To The Building. The Equipment Has A Cooling And Heating Capacity Of 61.6 Kw. 2 Of The Indoor Hydraulic Units Are Placed As Our Outdoor Units (Total Of 12 Units), Each With A Heating Capacity Of 25 Kw And A Cooling Capacity Of 22.4 Kw. In Order To Optimize The Production Of Heating Energy, A 2,500-Liter Buffer Tank Will Be Placed, And In Order To Protect The New Equipment, The Entire New Network Will Be Separated From The Existing System With A Heat Exchanger. In The Heat Center, We Will Place A New Manifold To Supply The 10 Air Handlers With Heating Energy, And It Will Be Fed From The Previously Built Reserve Circuit Of The Current Manifold. Next To The Air Handlers, One Vrv Device Is Also Placed, Which Is Meant To Provide Ventilation, But At The Same Time, These Devices Are Also Suitable To Cover The Heating Demand Of The Air Handler If Required, Thereby Increasing The Share Of Renewable Energy Sources In The Buildings Energy Consumption. 6.
